I dealt specifically with Miriam, and she was ABSOLUTELY delightful! The condo was amazing and the location was perfect for all the things we wanted to do in Mexico. We ran into one slight issue accessing the ammenies (pool) but that was due to a miscommunication with staff. Miriam however was able to resolve the issue in no time at all! She was responsive, kind and did a great deal in making us feel welcome. 10/10 would reccomend.

I really liked that I had everything you needed to have a good place to stay and feel at home. Overall everything was very welcoming!!!.

Amazing! The house is extremely spacious, with a beautiful view. As well mentioned, it is important to consider that the road is of terracería, in particular my family during this last piece, it was already uncomfortable... but it was enough two minutes in the house so that they will forget it completely! It was totally worth it. The service was excellent, by Antonio and Mr. Martin. Always pending and available to help. Everything was very clean and with impeccable maintenance!

The place is dreamy, a house surrounded by mountains, spacious and cozy. The kitchen is one of the most beautiful parts of the house, just like the gardens and the pool. Without hesitation I would come back!!!!

We liked the house very much; it is very comfortable and very relaxing. Communication with Guillermo was excellent. I highly recommend the house. Everything was perfect.

This is the second time we've chosen this secluded spot near Malinalco, it's very peaceful, lots of clean air and great feelings of outdoors. When you arrive, the gate keeper gives you the keys to the house and Cleo is already there making sure the place is spotless and helping out on cooking when asked for. Even though it's secluded and hidden, the place offers high speed (40 mbps) internet, we were streaming music all day during our whole stay. The place has a pool that is heated from 9am to 1pm, but you can ask for more time if you pay the extra gas. We didn't need it as the weather was warm and it wasn't very windy. It accommodates around 12 people and it's got lots of indoors and outdoors space for activities. And best of all, it's pet friendly!

Excellent accommodation, comfortable beds and pillows, they have TAS with many amenities and they give you a nice welcome. It's one of those places I would stay simply for the fact of enjoying their facilities without having to go out. 100/10

A quite pleasant and pleasant place to pass a bridge. The amenities are the best, and the place was spotless. The only detail I would say is the issue of water pressure, as sometimes bathing was delayed by the same thing. Other than that, it would be a place I'd go back to.

In addition, the place is equipped with modern technology that made my stay much easier, from the access to the use of the amenities within the accommodation. The location is excellent, very well connected to different points of interest, which made moving around the city very easy. As if that were not enough, Isabel's attention was first, always attentive to every detail and available for any questions. The apartment is comfortable and spacious. It is in very good condition and has everything you need to spend a very pleasant stay. The pool of easy access, although it was high season we did not find many people. Water temperature keeps it ideal. The kids have a lot of fun. The condominium in general is very safe and has a couple of good restaurants that help a lot if you don't want to go out to eat. Christian was always very attentive from the first contact. It helped us solve a couple of topics, very quickly and always with a very good attitude. Highly recommended to spend a few days relaxing with the family. I would return with no problem.

This place is conveniently located with great safety features. Near main streets that make it convenient to go anywhere It has great light and atmosphere with beautiful plants and decor. Anton is very nice and professional and responded to our messages quickly His place is now one of our favorites to stay in CDMX
