We spent 5 nights, place met our needs. Host was always easy to get in contact with, very attentive always a txt away.

Loved our stay in this unique space in downtown Athens! Location could not have been better as it was close to UGA and in the middle of great food and shopping - not to mention the awesome addition of Kilwins right at your fingertips. Very clean, comfortable, and spacious. Loved this unique historic space !

Groovy home was better than expected. The location is a nice quiet very safe neighborhood. It’s a short ride to downtown. Very spacious, it’s basically like renting a whole home. Charles was excellent at communicating everything upfront. We had zero issues and are hoping it’s available anytime we are in Athens.

Joshua's place was absolutely perfect for our trip to UGA for my daughter's orientation. The location was great for our trip. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely book again when I come back to Athens in November. 😊

Enjoyed our stay! Townhouse was just as described. Our kiddos loved the daybed and colorful couch downstairs. Community pool was a plus!

This place exceeded our expectations. It’s better than the pictures. Best part of this place is the screened in porch surrounded by forestry. We sat out on the porch each night and had breakfast on it every morning. The place was clean and had all amenities needed for a short or long stay. We asked if she had a pack n play for our infant to stay in and it was all set up when we arrived. I kept saying all weekend how happy I was to have booked here. She was very responsive months before our stay and we had immediate responses during our stay whenever I messaged her.. This place is truly a gem.

We had such a fun weekend stay! The location can’t be beat, steps away from all of the downtown shops and restaurants. The unit was so clean and comfortable. We would love to come back!

Fannie’s house was the perfect location for extended family in town for our daughter’s graduation. Instructions were clear and place is even better than described. The queen bed and pull out sofa bed was perfect for my brother and wife and their young adult son. Easy to walk to watkinsville woods and downtown watkinsville with its many eateries from local coffee shop to local restaurants. Thanks again Brian!

This home was exactly as advertised. It was EXTREMELY clean and well maintained. It took about 15 min to get to UGA and we found lots of little eateries within 2 min. The location was perfect and economical.

I enjoyed my stay a lot. I came up for my sister’s graduation from UGA and loved how close this location was without being super close to the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. Walt was a fabulous host and I would stay there again if I was ever in the area again.

Loved our stay at this house! It's incredibly kid-friendly with lots of toys and games, not to mention a huge playground you can walk to. This house is in a great neighborhood with lots of amenities nearby, and it has a large, secluded backyard to boot. Jonathan is a proactive host who made the whole process a breeze. Highly recommend this house!

We got away to Athens for a quick weekend to see some friends and the house couldn’t have provided a better, more central location for our family. It was cozy and quaint and great for a quick walk to anywhere - coffee, food, drinks, entertainment. What a perfect spot and Meagan was super kind and quick to respond. This house is a gem!

This is the second time I’ve stayed here and would be so happy to stay here with every visit to Athens! They have clearly poured a lot of love into the renovation of this almost 100yr old home. Great place to stay in the heart of dt athens. I’ve lived in Athens for four years. We had to get a last-minute place to say after a massive water leak at our house. We booked our stay at 5 PM, went to dinner at 5:30, and we were able to get into the place at 6:30. Had a great time staying at a part of Athens I don’t usually get to stay in. Lori is really responsive, and this was overall a great mini excursion. I imagine this is spectacular for game days.

This was the perfect space for our visit to Athens - nestled off of one of the main streets. It was convenient, minutes away from campus, clean, comfortable, clutter-free and provided all the amenities needed. Would stay again!

I would definitely stay here again. The apartment was great. Walk to great restaurants pubs and UGA campus. The surrounding area is very cute. Always be aware of your surroundings tho.

Great location, easy access to UGA, wonderful finishing touches. Nayla was very easy to communicate with, quick to respond. She was nice enough to leave some snacks for the kids and some drinks for the adults! Definitely recommend a stay!
