Modern newly renovated beautiful 2-bedroom home with a private entrance and a private backyard. No shared space with host. House is only 8 mins drive to the gorgeous long beach and 2 mins walk to the Oceanside LIRR train station, which goes directly to Manhattan. Several restaurants and fun places nearby. Home was recently renovated, and is in fresh condition. You would have all the privacy you need. Master bedroom is big. Air mattress and crib are available upon request.

Guest apartment has a private entrance and includes one bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, office with sofa bed, and large sunny balcony. You can walk everywhere from here! It is a five minute walk to the beautiful beach and boardwalk. The train station to NYC and JFK is one block away. A grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop, brewery, pharmacy, and other amenities are minutes away. Many guests comment that I keep the space "sparkling clean".

Beach, Dining and Relaxation in one spot!

This guest suite has one main bedroom with queen bed + a separate alcove with a bed that becomes two single beds. It is conveniently located one block from the LIRR train station. The beach and boardwalk are four blocks by foot and behind our street are dozens of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, grocers and pharmacies. My place is a fully renovated studio with a full size Murphy bed ,private bathroom and private entrance. It is walking distance from the LIRR and other public transport. 45 mins away from Penn Station via LIRR. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Road side parking available. Very close to Nautical Mile bars and restaurants.
