A perfect place to stay! Megan is a great host! Space is lovely and the added touches make it special , so special I am coming to stay another week! Bed is cozy with beautiful sheets and extra towels . She provides beautiful soaps and extra toiletries . The area is great to walk around easy to get to beach and restaurants , views are just wonderful from the space. Wonderful place to rest after a long day . Thank you Megan see you soon!

This is my 3rd time staying at this beautiful oasis, and I can't wait to go back! We were on a girl's trip and we all felt very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, curling up on the super comfy couch, playing the games at the house, cooking delicious meals, and the nearby Pinball Museum! It was my first time walking home from the boardwalk, and I don't know why I didn't do it sooner! The neighborhood homes are beautiful and spring is springing! Tracy is an amazing host and she made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Can't wait to go back when the weather is warmer to enjoy the beach!

Very nice older home a few blocks from the beach and half a block from the main street in Belmar. Tiffany was very nice to deal with and was very accommodating with my reservation for me and a larger group staying in the home.

We had a wonderful stay at Jamie's home! Great location, walking distance to everything....beach, local shops and restaurants. It was clean and comfy! It offers many amenities that give it an "at home" feeling. We enjoyed the new patio, grill, outside shower. Amazing backyard meticulously kept! The lake was peaceful and very enjoyable. Jamie was a great host! He gave many suggestions for local spots. Jaime was very responsive and truly wanted his guest to have a great stay! I would highly recommend Jaime's home to others and hope that we can come back to stay again!

Check in was easy-interestingly enough some towels were provided, even though it said to bring your own.

Our (3) generation family including an aunt, uncle and cousins; thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Heather’s place. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom! The elevator was very helpful to the grand parents as well as the parents; that needed to carry their littles up to bed. The elevator was comfortable, well lit and felt very safe. We loved having the pool in addition to the beach. There was plenty for all of us to do on the boardwalk, rides and games for young kids as well as teenagers/adults. The beach was a very short walk; it even had live entertainment (tribute bands) a couple of nights. Even though I am a grandparent, I found that I am still the queen of whack-a-mole, winning my grandson a purple stuffed dragon on the casino pier!! Thank you Heather for sharing your home with us! We had a fantastic stay in Seabrite! The home is as described—clean, comfortable inside with nice backyard patio and 2 front porches. The house is full of thoughtful touches and has EVERYTHING you need for a summer or winter get away. The location is perfect, close to the beach and right in the center of town Once the car is parked you can put away the keys until its time to leave. Check-in was a breeze. The host David is communicative and kind throughout the entire stay. We love this house and highly recommend it to others. Already booked for next year.

My family and I had an exceptional time. We really appreciated all the extra effort our host made, making the stay absolutely perfect! The place was immaculate and anything we needed was there. We definitely want to book again next summer and already began looking at dates. What an amazing find!

Great place to spend family time with walks/ biking along the bay and ocean. Brian was easy to contact, and made our stay comfortable. The Mule Barn Restaurant is in walking distance.

We were offered both early check in and late checkout, had beach badges at our disposal and plenty of beds for everyone. Laura always responds fast. Great stay!

Host was flexible when I needed some tweaks to accommodations. She was clear and open about other guests on the property. She offered extra towels or anything else needed. Stopped by to say hello and welcome me to the cottage. Neighborhood and lodging were as expected since I am familiar with the area. I will stay here again! Love the short walk to the lake and ocean and bagel store!

Great location, quiet backyard on lake, dogs allowed. This is a great place to stay. The kitchenette area was perfect for eating in and retreating from the world. Ronna was attentive and lovely. looking forward to going back

You will just love it here! The grounds are well-kept and attractive. The pool and beach were lovely. The only issue with pool area is as soon as it opens, individuals take ownership of the tables with umbrellas by placing personal items on them yet no one may be there for extended periods of time. Those tables are the only respite from the sun which makes it challenging. Additional umbrellas over the lounge chairs would help or, simply not allowing “reservations” for the day- even better. I would suggest BYO beach chairs- the ones there are not ideal although nice to have been offered. Although we always had our beach/pool badges in our beach bags, personnel were not strict whatsoever. The unit itself is neat, well-appointed, comfortable and well-kept. The sofa reclines with the push of a button but is not a sofa bed per se. There is a foldaway bed in the closet of the master bedroom but we did not use it because space was limited. So much is provided and available and the view is spectacular. It was great to use the washer/dryer for small bits of laundry. The porch outside had two anti-gravity chairs and a pretty rocking chair with small tables to enjoy. We closed the black-out drapes in the master bedroom and deck doors during the heat of the day so that it remained cooler. The rules are simple and the check-in & out are easy. Lasolas Market in Rt. 35 North in Normandy Beach was close by and a great little find - bought a beautiful sirloin at butcher shop there and used huge onsite grill behind pool area. We rented jet skis and did some crabbing at Dockside Outfitters in Seaside Heights - great place. The Rt. 35 North offered many eateries, shops and ice cream shops- The Music Man for ice cream was cute. Point Pleasant and Seaside Heights boardwalks are short rides. Glenn was easily reached via airbnb and answered our few correspondences promptly. We appreciated our experience and Glenn’s hospitality. Thank you!

Mac allowed us to check in early, which was a huge help as we traveled with our 93-year-old dad. Upon arrival, the check-in instructions were clear and accurate. The house was clean and actually looked even better than the pictures. The pool was very nice, and my brother swam every day we were there. It was great to have a full kitchen stocked with a plethora of cutlery, plates, cups, pots, and pans. We had a small issue with the tv as it stopped working. Mac was on it immediately, and the tv came back on within 30 minutes or so. Although it was buffering when we first arrived, whatever Mac had his ISP do to the modem/router, the tv and internet worked seamlessly afterward. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would stay here again. We were very pleased with the home! Thank you, Mac and Shama for being such gracious hosts!

Carol's place was fantastic and just a block from the beach. The kids loved the place and the heated pool was such a great benefit. The place was exactly as described and the perfect amount of space for our group. We had great memories at the house and will surely book again when back in New Jersey.

This is a spacious, cheerful and beautifully decorated home for your Spring Lake vacation! Layout was great, well appointed, walking distance to both the beach and downtown shops and restaurants! We very much enjoyed our visit, and sitting outside in the quiet yard enjoying the sounds of the surf. The pool wasn't open during our visit (in October) but it's such a great feature for summertime and looked spotless. Julia and her husband were super helpful and friendly - highly recommend!

This is a great place to rent. Checking in is easy and fast and Andrea is so nice and easy to speak with. The place was clean and the area is nice and quiet. You can leave your car parked and walk to the beach and rides. We had an amazing time and definitely will rent here again. This is definitely a 5 star rental. Place is pretty cool pool was small but extra clean they have a nice hang out area in the back we had so much fun on the property we forget to go to the boardwalk

Property is a very good place to stay . It completely matched as describe in photos . It’s a very suitable place to stay for 3 families and 12 guests. Each family can stay in 3 different floors. 2 cars can park comfortably. Jason the property manager and host is very responsive. Over all it’s a gods and comfortable stay .
