Our safe, family friendly neighborhood is located on the Assawomen Bay, in the west Fenwick Island area. We are a waterfront community, GOLF CART, bikes, large pool, clubhouse, gym, beach, dock overlooking the bay with beautiful views. House offers all high end amenities. Take advantage of all that bay-life living has to offer here. In addition, we are a quick 2 mile drive to all ocean beaches along the famous Route 54. All of the very best restaurants that the beach has to offer are right here!

You can enjoy the pool, tennis & golf on site in the River Run community. This duplex has 4 BDRM's & 3 full baths. The maximum occupancy allowed for this rental is eight people. NO PETS.
