It's convenient to go out downtown, and it's safe and quiet when you come home. Easy Muni access, free street parking, and laundry in the house.

Easy walk to restaurants/cafes/groceries/Golden Gate Park/SF Zoo and multiple transit lines. Suite consists of a separate bedroom with 1 queen bed, small desk and closet. Lounge is equipped with a TV, wet bar, toaster oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker and small fridge. The private bathroom (shower) is supplied with soap, towels and hairdryer.

The kitchen is modern and updated, and opens to a dining room. You'll find streaming TV, wi-fi, a washer/dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen. If the weather is nice, you can enjoy the yard, and a covered outdoor dining area.

Cozy up in the love seat by a TV with Roku 3, Hulu, and Netflix. This 3rd-floor master studio delivers an eclectic family atmosphere, plus a deck with verdant vistas. The studio is a convenient, kitchenless suite with an independent entrance on the 3rd floor of my house!

This is a spacious suite with private bathroom, counter. This room is at the back of our house behind the garage, window towards the wall. It has a Queen sized bed that sleeps two people. It's also equipped with a private counter. My husband and I are living upstairs, but you have your own private access downstairs to your room after entering the main door.
