Newly renovated apartment on the second floor (stairs) in an early 19th-century villa, located 5 km from Alessandria, 7 km from Valenza and a few km from beautiful villages of Monferrato. In addition, in 30 minutes by car you can reach the Serravalle Scrivia Outlet; in about an hour Milan, Turin and Genoa. Upon arrival you will be greeted by Birra, the best dog in the world. Those who do not like dogs are asked to report it in advance.

Casa Verrua offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and a pay-per-use electric vehicle charging station. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by a mosquito control system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.
