Pra di Brëc is our dream that became true. We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

The Little House of Rosemary

Small, typically Piemontese terraced house in a historical village at the foot of the castle of Cerrione in the province of Biella. Fully equipped kitchen and bedroom with panoramic views of a moraine and a greenhouse situated on it. Private entrance and a reserved parking space. Ideal place for outdoor sports and to visit the sites of scenic, historical, and cultural interest of Biella and Canavese. 15 minutes from Lake Viverone, 20 km from Ivrea, 14 km from Biella and 17 km from Santhià.

The Mountain Apartment

Relax in this spacious and quiet apartment not far from the city center. Ideal for two people, you will be welcomed by a warm and hospitable environment that will accompany you on your leisure or business trip. The apartment has free condominium parking and is a two-minute drive from the hospital and several sites of interest such as the Piazzo, Burcina Park, and the Pistoletto Foundation. The loft offers a cozy and relaxing dimension, ideal for meditation or reading a good book.

Relax in this quiet and centrally located apartment, located in the center of Biella, a few steps from the pedestrian street, from the funicular that leads to the village of Piazzo, to the main natural parks of the city and from the stops for the main public transport. Various free parking lots adjacent to the plant. Check-in is from 4:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am but, compatible with availability, solutions can be found tailored for guests.

La Casa del Bersagliere - Apartment

Elegant 41 sqm apartment, located in the center of Biella, a few steps from the public gardens, pedestrian street, funicular that leads to Borgo del Piazzo. Free parking in front of the building. For one or two guests, a comfortable double bed in a large room with a 4-door wardrobe. Check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out is at 10 a.m. but, consistent with current reservations, I can find tailor-made solutions for guests.

The accommodation is located within the condominium called "San Nicola", which has recently been renovated on the foundations of a historic building and its location is ideal for visiting the city center and the Piazzo (historic center of Biella) without having to use a car (which can be safely left in a public covered parking lot about 200 meters on foot. Made inside the De Giorgis building, where the city's first elevator was installed, the apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities to spend a pleasant stay, right in the historic center of Biella. All the major points of interest in the city, the funicular, museums, the Duomo, churches, the Sociale Villani theater, monuments and all the major attractions of the city are within walking distance.

The flat is at the second floor of our house that is a sort of farm. There is a nice view on the Alps and our garden. Wooden floors, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The suite has king size bed, a sofa and kitchen in the bedroom . Another room with 2 beds and sofa, and a third room with a double bed that I can separate in two single beds.
