It was a perfect stay. Decent place where i didn’t regret for spent money at all, kind and responsive host, one of the best at my memory, scenery was beautiful, peaceful atmosphere and walkable access for the beach, groceries stores. Accommodation is clean, without dirty and spots. Finally I’m really satisfied and highly recommend this place for stay

We have a very pleasant stay! The host was very very kind and always answers in time! The place is clean, modern and there is everything you need for a good vacation! There is a small and quiet beach near the hotel, the garden of the hotel is very beautiful and the swimming pool is clean and big enough! Many thanks!😊

It's a very beautiful place, both the house and the old town. A perfect place to rest and "recharge the batteries." Everything was close by (walking distance) - restaurants, grocery stores, local market place, and the beach. Villa Alenor is a perfect match for those who enjoy the sea while exploring local culture and history. The host and her representatives were very responsive. The villa felt like home away from home. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great apartment, great resort, looks like the photos, the gardeners are always there trimming the hedges or mowing the lawn so that everything is looking great. Fully equipped apartment, spacious and comfy.

This modern apartment is in a secure building a 5-10 minute walk from a sandy beach on the Black Sea. The large pool area is beautiful and a great place for both adults and kids. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. The large windows have curtains for blocking the morning sun, and the balcony is perfect for morning coffee or for drying laundry. Yes! There’s a washing machine! We were there in mid October and so the beaches were empty, however, we still took advantage of the beautiful beach weather. We used this spot as a jumping-off point for exploring the sights and rich archeological history found along the coast from Varna south toward the Turkish border. Natalija, the hostess, was helpful and quick to respond to questions. I would certainly stay here again in the future.

We had a great time at Margarita’s place! We enjoyed the apartment with the large balcony and the sea view. Fortunately, there weren’t many occupants in the buildings, so we had our fair share of privacy and quiet - we enjoyed the pools, gym and the beach nearby almost all by ourselves. As parents with a toddler we really liked that the beach was very close. The only downside was that shops were pretty far away (there’s a Carrefour in Obzor) and the fridge was pretty small, so we had to do a pretty good planing for our meals so that all our food would fit in the fridge. All in all a great and relaxing experience!

Did stay here for ~10 days in august. Easy and comfortable check-in without day time limits. Apartment is nice and well equipped with everything you need for long stay. Comfortable location with a number of pools of all kinds in the neighbourhood. Car free territory makes it peaceful, cousy and safe for kids. Sea is nice with a great beach not so far, which was not too overcrowded in the august. I would stay here again.

Olena is a great host--proactive, responsive, helpful and engaged. She went above and beyond to help us sort a minor problem with the kitchen and was very present in getting us settled in at the beginning of our stay. Daria, her neighbour who helps with guests, was lovely, cheerful and took good care of us. The place itself, while a wee bit smaller than the photos suggest, was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything worked very well. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the place to others!

People were very friendly and genuinely helpful with me, I haven’t had any problem since my arrival and it will be a great pleasure to visit the place again. I couldn’t think of better location when I was looking. It really matched my expectations. Everything about the place was perfect and I was vary happy to stay there for a while. We had a lovely stay in Byala! The house was spacious and comfortable, with everything that we needed. The garden was great too, with lots of seating options for sun/shade, outdoor eating area with BBQ and a fantastic pool. It is a short (5 min) walk to local shops and restaurants, with a funfair in the evenings and public gym equipment that our teenage boys enjoyed using. We didn't have a car for our week-long stay, but we found enough to do in Byala - walks to the ancient ruins and the harbour, exploring the town, the water slide (lots of fun!) and the beautiful beach (probably the best beach I've visited, with clean toilets, not busy, and some shade). The only thing we left Byala for was a day trip to Nessebar, which is very pretty and easy to explore. A great holiday - many thanks!

We stayed once again at Tatiana's apartment, booked 2 apartments in the last minute, and Tatiana responded to all questions in real time and waited for us exactly 1 hour after tbe booking happened. The apartment is 2 steps from the beach literally, and is equipped with everything you need! Thank you for another great vacation and see you soon...

Above all expectations. Angelina arranged a transfer. Despite the morning, I immediately checked into the apartment. I'm in touch 24/7 Any request, question, advice were answered. You can write a lot of warm words about the hostess of the apartment. The apartments themselves are really located on the first line. Now I really understand why such a high rating. If you still want to come to Bulgaria. It will be only Byala and only Angelina. Thank you so much!

We were here last year, and now we came back to home with same feelings: another wonderful weekend. Rayna helped a lot with this: clear and comfortable apartment, with all you need to have for a family. She waited for us, helped us with the accommodation. During our vacation we were asked if we were ok, if we needed anything else - it was very nice from them. So, if you want to spend a great vacation, in an atmosphere like home - I wholeheartedly recommend Rayna.

Super place for relaxing trip with family or group. Only the village has not so many direct action, for more active action need taxy to Burgas or for unlimited nightlife to Sunny Beach

Everything was without problems, our kids really enjoyed the pool and location is quite, so we enjoyed our stay. The apartment is nice and view is great. We just got the location from airbnb app wrong, so just check the right location with host, the link through airbnb app was wrong. Also you cannot use washing machine in case you dont have a long stay.
