It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Our studio apartment is located in the old medieval town of Mošćenice. The apartment is cosy and modernly decorated. It has 32m2. On the lower floor is the bedroom and bathroom and on the upper floor is the kitchen with living room. In front of the apartment there is a small green area ideal for coffee or a glass of wine. The beautiful pebble beach can be reached by stairs through the forest. The town is very quiet and peaceful. It is surrounded by nature and is ideal for escape from stress.

The Terrace

This studio apartment for two is situated above Mošćenicka Draga. The best thing about studio is magnificent view on the Kvarner gulf which you will never forget. You have 4 km of road from the Adriatic sea and from the one of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia...Sipar in Mošćenička Draga and 1km from Mošćenice. There is a way through the wood by foot and you are on the beach in 15 min . Car recomended. Except the view you can enjoy peaceful area without many poeple and see real Croatia.

Relax in this special and quiet place to stay Steinhaus Prem near Moscenicka Draga. Prem is a former small village about 100 meters above the sea. A road leads from the coastal road between the village of Kraj and Moscenicka Draga to Prem, at the end of the road two stone houses are grouped around a beautiful fig building and a palm tree. The small, romantic stone house can accommodate a maximum. 4 people, it is located in a garden surrounded by fig, olive and fruit trees.
