Upstairs features two king bedrooms with ensuite baths, a cozy living area with a gas fireplace, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Downstairs offers a king bedroom, full bath, kitchenette, and living space. An enclosed elevator makes transporting gear easy. Experience comfort, charm, and Suwannee River beauty at our retreat!

Papa Joe’s Lake House

Quiet little piece of heaven on earth. Enjoy the lake, sit by a fire, enjoy the nature God has provided in our sanctuary on Pickett Lake. Boat ramp is 100 yards down the road. 4 kayaks, canoe, and paddleboard are provided, all of which can be launched from the house. Fish from the dock or explore the lake. Use the grill or take a short drive to Branford or Mayo and enjoy some of the restaurants. Come boat, fish, or swim in the lake or just enjoy the lake view. Outdoor fire pit includes wood.

Surrounded by giant, sleepy live oaks, lemon, and orange trees, you will thoroughly enjoy getting away from it all! The property is a wonderful retreat with a large, open yard and gorgeous views. Bring your fishing poles. Bring your boat! There is a private boat landing on the property 450 yards from the cabin.

Super cute and spacious private 3/2 home on 4 acres really lets you enjoy the rural country life without the chores. Only a few miles from several springs and the Suwanee river. (Literally have 10 springs within 39 miles). A few of the springs are: Little River Springs (my favorite), Ichetucknee springs, Ginnie Springs, Royal spring, Charles Springs, Rum Island, Hart springs, Blue Springs, Poe springs and so many more. While our home may not be perfect, its our perfect country get away.

Step outside with your coffee and enjoy the wooded neighborhood and river views. Large screened porch and well appointed open kitchen perfect for cooking. The house is elevated which creates a separate covered outdoor area with hammocks and a full second bathroom. Perfect cozy space for a couples retreat! Treehouse as an add on for extra guests.

Ichetucknee Springs Log Cabin (Hot Tub)

Ichetucknee springs log cabin is the closest Airbnb to the world famous springhead of the Ichetucknee Springs / River. This beautiful fully custom, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, authentic log cabin. (Tucknee Inn) has beautiful wooden animal carvings and river tables throughout the house. Outside, relax in the hot tub, or tell campfire stories in our custom built firepit area. The cabin also boasts a huge custom rock shower, a large loft that acts as a second living room, and spacious bedrooms.

Goat House at Cypress Oaks Farm

You will feel welcomed and relaxed in our cozy little house. Appealing to your necessities there is a TV, high speed internet and a coffee bar. The outdoor area has a paved patio, seating and a fire pit. Enjoy the cool shaded area and BBQ after a day in the sun. The Goat House is tucked away on the edge of woods on the outskirts of Live Oak. Close enough to run to the store and far enough for a quiet starlit night relaxing in a hammock or enjoying a small bonfire on cool nights.

Welcome To Little Springs , You will be charmed by this adorable pool side suite. We are close to Suwanee River and several of the most beautiful springs. Closest spring being only 2 miles away. We also have a boat launch 3 miles down the road. We have a nice pool to cool off in, while you enjoy a place to dine and grill. There is a bike trail that is over 15 miles long and you go right to town that has all you need . Dine in or couple fast food places and few stores .

Forestville Cottage is the perfect escape to serenity. Listen to nature's soothing soundtrack while enjoying breakfast on the cozy front porch. View beautiful sunsets. Take an evening stroll. A dream range, with a back door that takes you to a space where you can watch a night full of stars. My favorite part of this space is the soaking tub designed for taking a relaxing bath with doors closed or doors open so you can have visual contact with the outside.
