Also with the airstrip being right out back, look up at the stars! Star gazing is out of this world! RV site on property also available with hookups.

Super cute and spacious private 3/2 home on 4 acres really lets you enjoy the rural country life without the chores. Only a few miles from several springs and the Suwanee river. (Literally have 10 springs within 39 miles). A few of the springs are: Little River Springs (my favorite), Ichetucknee springs, Ginnie Springs, Royal spring, Charles Springs, Rum Island, Hart springs, Blue Springs, Poe springs and so many more. While our home may not be perfect, its our perfect country get away.

The Outback

We want to help restore your soul as mentioned in Psalm 23 and this is the perfect place for it. If you love nature's majesty, with peace and quiet disturbed only by birdsong, this is the place for you! The Outback is on the far side of our 80 acre farm. Our home is over 200 yards away, so you have the joy of total serenity. You can just see our home in the distance. Almost all our guests have stayed with us before and re-book outside the Airbnb platform so reviews are rare.

Goat House at Cypress Oaks Farm

You will feel welcomed and relaxed in our cozy little house. Appealing to your necessities there is a TV, high speed internet and a coffee bar. The outdoor area has a paved patio, seating and a fire pit. Enjoy the cool shaded area and BBQ after a day in the sun. The Goat House is tucked away on the edge of woods on the outskirts of Live Oak. Close enough to run to the store and far enough for a quiet starlit night relaxing in a hammock or enjoying a small bonfire on cool nights.

Welcome To Little Springs , You will be charmed by this adorable pool side suite. We are close to Suwanee River and several of the most beautiful springs. Closest spring being only 2 miles away. We also have a boat launch 3 miles down the road. We have a nice pool to cool off in, while you enjoy a place to dine and grill. There is a bike trail that is over 15 miles long and you go right to town that has all you need . Dine in or couple fast food places and few stores .

The River House

Tucked away down a quite country road, and nicely nestled along the historic Suwannee River. Come enjoy old Florida while relaxing with all the amenities. Whether you come to kayak, fish, explore the abundance of local springs, dive, hunt, birdwatch, or just sit back with a book you will find it here. Two little known springs directly across the river feed into the Suwannee. Launch kayaks from the private dock and you are a few paddles away. Come Rest and Re-Charge.

Forestville Cottage is the perfect escape to serenity. Listen to nature's soothing soundtrack while enjoying breakfast on the cozy front porch. View beautiful sunsets. Take an evening stroll. Design this space thinking about the comfort of enjoying nature. Enjoy tranquility, rest and peace. It is a cabin with an excellent location, for a stay or a getaway to the Springs. A dream range, with a back door that takes you to a space where you can watch a night full of stars. My favorite part of this space is the soaking tub designed for taking a relaxing bath with doors closed or doors open so you can have visual contact with the outside.

Papa Joe’s Lake House

Quiet little piece of heaven on earth. Enjoy the lake views, sit by a fire, enjoy the nature God has provided in our sanctuary on Pickett Lake. Use the grill or take a short drive to Branford or Mayo and enjoy some of the restaurants. Outdoor fire pit includes wood. PLEASE NOTE- Lake levels are EXTREMELY LOW. There is currently no water at the dock for fishing or swimming. We are currently experiencing extreme drought conditions.
