Family-friendly holiday rentals in Öblarn

Booked last minute and available by chance. Beautiful villa with all comforts, underfloor heating in the living/dining room, wonderful sauna and spacious jacuzzi, good beds, near the slopes and a 12-minute drive from Katschberg Höhe. With 8 adults and a child of 7, more than enough space. Also recommended in the spring, summer or autumn season. In any case, we'd love to come back again.

A great place to stay! We stayed with 5 people for a relaxing weekend and felt very comfortable. The apartment was just as described and very clean!! The jacuzzi, the steam showers and the view from the balcony are of course a great luxury. There are a few beautiful lakes and hikes in the area. All in all great and we would like to come again. :)

This apartment is as pictured. Very clean and inviting. You do have to park about a short block from the apartment and if you want to use the laundry, you have to pay for it, but the location is great. It is close to Salzburg without the city crowds. The views are amazing and there is shopping close if you want to cook. The 1.5 baths are nice and the pool is great. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a clean apartment outside of the city limits of Salzburg.

We had a wonderful week. The cottage run by Maikel and Britt is beautiful and very well located in a medium mountain setting (1350 m) located at the foot of the Hochkönig in a bucolic and relaxing setting. Maikel and Britt are very welcoming and friendly, always present for good advice. The cottage is very clean, spacious, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The sauna is very useful after a good walk. The village of Mühlbarch am Hochkönig is located downstairs 5 km away in a small valley in the center of many hikes and also a family ski resort. We would recommend it.

Great, modern accommodation, excellent natural location and very well appointed. We plan to come back!

Stefan was very kind, we could call him any time when we had some problame. He tried to help us solving problames. The appartment has a perfect view for the mountains, it was in a good location. I can only recommend this appartment to everybody

We absolutely enjoyed the apartment with our two children (2 and 5). It is absolutely clean, child-friendly, and has really everything you could need. The connection to the Falkensteiner Cristallo was particularly great for us - we were able to use the pools and children's pools and the children's programme. Just perfect for families We definitely want to come back.

We had the most amazing stay in this chalet. It was very clean and well equipped for a very relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The scenery is beautiful and I would 100% recommend staying here to anyone. The family are very friendly and we loved the sheep surrounding the property fence, they were so fun to watch. Great apartment and johannes responded very quickly to our question! 30 mins walk but we found the bus 5 mins walk away, no 3 and no 8! Salzburg was amazing, will definitely come back!

We had a great stay, the appartment had plenty of room to relax in, a nice kitchen with plenty of the basic supplies. Very clean, very cosy, lots of nice little touches much more space and personable than a hotel room. Parking space right outside, easy to follow instruction for checking in and out! close to all the shops and nightlife. Five minute walk to the gondola, great little find, would come back and stay here again in a heart beat. Thank you.

This apartment was really perfect. Nice and spacious, clean, and with a beautiful garden that you can use. Doris is great host. She always responds very quickly when you send a message and she is very hospitable. She's always there for you if you need anything. That's another carefree holiday.

We rented the cottage with a group of friends and everything was absolutely great. Communication with the host was fast, everything was clear. The cottage is well equipped and absolutely clean. We were very satisfied.

Very well planned accommodation with pleasant interior, everything necessary and a beautiful view of the mountains. A large number of nearby attractions. I recommend it without a doubt and will come back on occasion.

We were a larger group, two generations, and it fit perfectly. The house is very spacious and cozy Everything is available for cooking and grilling. And there's something for every level of hiker. The area is beautiful. Absolutely recommend!

We had a great time in the apartment! Everything was super clean and very well equipped. The pool was particularly convenient in the same building. The location is great – in a few minutes you will be at the lake or at the Schafbergbahn. Ideal if you like to hike or just enjoy nature. Check-in was totally straightforward and the host was super helpful – with lots of great tips for excursions and restaurants around. The view from the balcony to the mountains was also particularly beautiful – simply fantastic. We would come back anytime!

The stay was very calm and peaceful surroundings. You just hear the sound of birds and mountains look like they also sleep in the night and you get up in the morning with fresh air from Nature. 100% Recommended.

Katrin's place is great for a getaway. She made us feel right at home quickly and provided lots of recommendations in the area. We will have to visit again as there were so many nice things to do. The house was cosy and the outdoor space was great to relax.

We spent very nice holidays in Maria Alm, also thanks to the great apartment! The apartment is ideal for two adults with one or two younger children - not large, but very cozy and lovingly decorated. The pool in the basement is a bit outdated, but still in great shape and another plus. In the apartment itself there was everything you need. Since you arrive by car anyway, it is no problem that you have to bring your own bed linen and towels. The kitchen is super well equipped (induction stove, large freezer, lots of cookware...). And the absolute highlight: the view! I would have loved to take the balcony with the mountain view with me. 😉 Communication, information about check-in was all tiptop. 😊 If it works out, we'd love to come back.
