Holiday rentals with a patio in Oberwiesenthal

We had a wonderful stay! The house is very nice and the location is excellent. The house is at almost 900 meters altitude and offers a fantastic, unobstructed view down to the valley of Karlovy Vary. Great hiking trails start directly from the house – we were on beautiful tours and hardly met other people, although there were just Easter holidays. The tranquility here is truly unique and there is plenty of space. There's probably a little more going on in the summer and winter. You can take great excursions into nature or explore the small places and old mining mines in the area. Karlovy Vary is also not far away and definitely worth a visit. There is generally a lot to discover in the area. The communication with Barbora was friendly, quick and helpful at all times. She went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The house is cozy, well equipped and perfect for anyone looking for nature and tranquility.

We had a very pleasant stay at Luise's apartment and we felt very comfortable. Nearby is a stop where you can get to the center. Communication with Luise was easy. We can recommend the apartment.

The apartment is quiet yet centrally located. We visited the cultural capital of 2025. Many exhibitions and events can be easily reached on foot or by public transport.

I spent almost 6 weeks here for an extended work trip. Katy’s place was very clean and had everything I needed to feel at home! The large patio was nice to enjoy outside and coffee each day. Having a parking garage was so convenient since parking is not so easy in Kaßberg. Also a great location to walk to a few nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and parks!

Apartment is very homely and tastefully decorated. It is very easy to walk from the main train station. From the Sonnenberg district, you can explore the city of Chemnitz wonderfully. Claudia

A very nice and clean place to stay, with a large garden and beautiful terrace.

Our stay was absolutely perfect!!! The hostess was very friendly and the check-in / check-out was quick and above all uncomplicated. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The house offers an absolute wellness feeling with sauna, jacuzzi, fireplace and Co. The house and outdoor area are beautifully decorated, so you immediately feel at home. Everything (beds, bathrooms, etc.) was very hygienic and clean. Our romantic getaway was fantastic and the place is highly recommended! Glad to come back!

A beautiful place. The cottage is small but completely sufficient for two persons. It has everything you need. The fireplace is just great. I'd love to come back!

The accommodation is an excellent starting point to look at the surrounding cities in addition to the Sachsenring; Zwickau, Chemnitz, etc. Everything is sufficient to be found in the area from the bakery, shopping, etc. to the restaurant. The house itself has a cozy feel-good atmosphere and everything is available as well as fine, also it is a pleasant size for a stay of up to 5 people. There were only three of us on our first visit, but two other people would also have found enough space, both on the sofa and at the dining table or in the bedrooms. In addition to the toilet in the bathroom, the extra toilet is also good. The bedrooms are good and with enough storage and storage facilities, so enough space for all things, furnished, there were also desks in the bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable, not too hard and not too soft. If back in the area, then back with Sylvia. Everything is great! :-)))

We had a super nice time in the colorful chaos in the countryside: incredibly beautiful nature, wonderful silence and a wonderfully cozy cottage. So, so beautiful, we will be happy to come back!

We vacationed as a family with 5 people in this great cottage. Everyone felt right at home. The house is first class equipped and is fully recommended on our part.

The first impression was really good, the lower living space was warm and modernly furnished and there was everything you need. The lower bathrooms were heated, but didn't get really warm. The upper bedrooms were nicely decorated, also the hallway warms the sofa really cozy and warm. The upper bathroom was nice and warm, but the shower was an adventure, at some point you had the hang of it. The street noise was uncomfortable at night, with the window open didn't go at all. But the location on the street is just like this and you can't change it. We had a lovely weekend in the spacious house and would like to mention that the small pub next door is really quaint, cozy and it's hard to find it. We can recommend the house! Very nice sparkling clean apartment, very comfortable. There is absolutely nothing missing, really everything you could need is available. Suggestions for things to do are ample. Nadine welcomed us in a very friendly way and the contact with her was extremely pleasant, uncomplicated and fast. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk to the train station, and the old town is also within walking distance. A good Italian restaurant is around the corner, the shopping center is a 3-minute walk away. All in all 5 out of 5 stars, highly recommend it. Thanks to Nadine!

The apartment was great, great beds and equipped with everything you might need and as it can be seen in the photos and it is very central. Only the house is in a very need of renovation. Craftsmen turned off the water on the second day without notice and there was construction noise, even on Good Friday. After I let the craftsman know, we also had water again. Jan gave us nice tips for the stay and there were a few small sweets as a welcome. I found the towel set a little sparing, but not really a shortcoming for us. We would book the apartment again! We felt very comfortable in the apartment. All living spaces are modern and cozy. Both bedrooms, which can be reached from the hallway, have their own bathroom. Ideal place for families or guests who want to sleep separately. The kitchen is well equipped and all consumables such as baking paper, Zewa roll or spices were available. We weren't expecting that. We also loved that Netflix was available on both Smart TVs. Only note: We did not know that Bad Schlema was a spa town and a tourist tax was charged. However, this was not high and of course has to be paid by every apartment owner. We will be happy to come back and recommend the apartment to our family.

The apartment is really very nice, everything was clean and you didn't miss anything, from coffee and spices, to very soft linens to shower room. We loved the fact that the apartment had 2 bathrooms as a family! The contact with Georgina was very good, she responded quickly to messages, the check-in went smoothly. Some small shortcomings: in the 2nd bedroom it was not dark enough (bathroom window was to blame), depending on how sensitive you are, you are awake in more time. An old apartment is also always a little clairvoyant, but we quickly got used to it.

We were received very kindly by grit. The host was not there at the time of arrival, but the key handover was very easy with a key safe. There was also a corresponding good explanation of where to find it. We were very happy with the place. The roof terrace is great and really huge.

A very nice stay, in a very nice place to stay! Surroundings are wonderful on foot. In the vicinity, there is a raised moor area with a very romantic wooden jetty. Restaurants and a small shopping are within walking distance, very easy to reach. Only small things are missing for an absolute top review. Overall, you can feel very comfortable on this property.
