Slow down in the Seetal Alps! This house is located in the picturesque mountain village of St. Wolfgang. With fantastic views of the Zirbitzkogel, as well as beautiful views of the Lavanttal Alps, the house invites you to relax. Whether it's breakfast, lunch or barbecuing outdoors with a rippling fountain, Mushroom hunting in the adjacent forest or hiking in the mountains - everything is possible. For winter sports enthusiasts, the Rieseralm ski resort or the Klippitztörl can be reached quickly by car.

The ski lifts are a short distance away on foot/skis or by car! High-quality box-spring beds ensure the highest level of sleeping pleasure.

The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.
