For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Our holiday apartment is centrally located in the heart of Obervellach and is the ideal base for skiing, winter hiking, pony rides and nature experiences in the Mölltal valley – even for just one night. The apartment is on the ground floor and has two separate bedrooms, a living and dining room, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. We live on the top floor of the house. Shopping and dining options are within walking distance.

Our newly built AlpenNatur Chalet is an exclusive vacation home built from local natural materials such as old wood, Swiss pine wood and natural stone. Directly on the Tauern cycling path with views of the Areitbahn mountain station and the surrounding nature, you will find the perfect getaway here. A freestanding bathtub and our Swiss pine sauna are certainly among the things that are not so easily found elsewhere.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.

Small apartment in Mölltal

The approx. 60 m² apartment is located in our family home, right on the Alpe Adria Trail, surrounded by Alps and invites you to feel good! Several ski resorts such as Mölltal Glacier, Ankogel or Goldeck are approx. 20 minutes by car from the apartment. The apartment is separately accessible in the staircase so that you can fully enjoy an undisturbed vacation!
