The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

Wir bieten 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, eine grosse Wohnküche, Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche, Waschmaschine und Fön. Weiters bieten wir einen Parkplatz, 1 Flatscreen und WLAN. Für unsere Apartments im Herzen des Ortes und direkt neben dem Naturschutzgebiet brauchen wir kein Restaurant, keine Bar und keinen Roomservice im Haus, da alles nur wenige Schritte entfernt ist und jeder etwas für seinen Geschmack und sein Budget finden kann. Im Gegensatz dazu wollen wir mit Stil und Komfort punkten. Somit auch kein schlechtes Gewissen mehr für alle Langschläfer, die regelmäßig im Urlaub das teure Frühstück verschlafen.

The Studio is 18sqm large and is equipped with a large double bed, a small dining table, a basic kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The Studio is located on the second floor. There is no balcony. Please note that we are located in Werfenweng, a mountain village in Salzburg state but not in the city of Salzburg!!
