Right in front of the apartment are hiking trails that will take you, for example, to the Waldbach waterfall. Stay on the Way of St James and enjoy the view of Lake Constance, Lake Zürrisee or the Säntis. In 25 minutes, you can reach Säntis or the Sieben Churfirsten by car, as well as the Thurwasserfälle and more. There is space for your car and bicycles.

You can easily go for a swim (just 100m to a public small beach) and from many spots you can catch a view to the lake, to Überlingen and the landing stage of Dingelsdorf - no hectic, no stress - just relax & enjoy. The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

Our apartment is very tranquil and completely quiet in a street parallel to the lake. It is located on the 2nd floor and has a nice wrap-around balcony with a table and chairs for enjoying a lovely day in the sun. Only a small walk separates you from the shore of the natural beach pool and the other many tempting leisure activities. We now also have a charging station for electric vehicles. In our house there is another apartment….Captains Suite. A sauna is included.

Our two-room ground-floor apartment is modern and spacious. The Reduit also offers storage space. The wooden house is quietly situated in the centre of the village by the small stream. The apartment has a separate entrance to the building and a cosy south-facing seating area with a beach chair. The shared barbecue area with a wood-burning fireplace may be shared. The washing machine/dryer are located in the apartment. *Kayaks are available from May to September.
