The Lake Getaway is located in a quiet residential area, directly on the Lake Constance cycle path. The Salmsacher Bay with barbecue and meeting place & pump track can be reached on foot in 10 minutes or by bike in 4 minutes. Romanshorn with its inviting cafés by the lake & the seaside resort can be reached by bike in 5 minutes. 2 bikes are available free of charge. 2 e-bikes can be rented. Our garden with barbecue, seating area and 2 sun loungers is available to you for the end of the evening.

This unique place, a former weaver's house from 1791, has a style all its own. It was expanded and prepared with a lot of love for the house and for the guests. Idyllic lakeside

Our cosy apartment is perfect for 1–3 guests looking for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It's an excellent base for cycling or walking trips into the beautiful surrounding area and to interesting destinations. The lake is just a few minutes down the hill. From here, you can take the ferry to Meersburg, and Mainau Island is also not far away. You can get to the old town along a lovely, long waterfront path or by taking the free, direct bus (approx. 15 minutes).

Welcome! The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a small residential complex with only 5 units, very close to Lake Constance (500 m). With the guest card, you can enjoy free travel on public transport in Vorarlberg, including Border towns Lindau (D), St. Margrethen (Ch) Apartment, approx. 56 m², equipped with a lift, parquet floor, self-check-in using a key code, and a reserved parking space. There is a lockable bicycle room with battery charging facilities that belongs to the apartment!

Inside, highlights such as a private sauna, hot tub and large terrace with mountain and lake views await you. There is a basement compartment for your sports equipment. The location is incredible. For example, you can walk to skiing, hiking, water sports, sunbathe on Lake Walen or cozily into the charming restaurant/bar by the lake. Everything is right at your doorstep.

Apartment to relax... small but nice

A small charming apartment in the basement awaits you. Due to two windows, it is bright and pleasantly cool on hot summer days. From our place, it is not far to the lake, directly to Friedrichshafen (travel time by car approx. 10 minutes). The fair, airport and the Zeppelin hangar are also not far away. There are many shops and restaurants in our village. The beautiful Lake Constance, the Alps and the Allgäu can be explored very well from here.

The stylish holiday apartment is located in the foothills of the Alps and is an ideal base for hiking, excursions to Central Switzerland or a relaxing stopover on the way to or from Italy.

Spacious, rural and close to the airport

​Located in rural Hochfelden, Zurich Airport can be reached in 15 minutes by car and the city in 40 minutes. Alternatively, a bus runs regularly to the Bülach train station. From there, there are direct connections to Zurich and the airport (about 45 minutes travel time). For a more comfortable arrival and departure, I also offer a paid shuttle service to Zurich and City Airport.
