Our apartment is located on the edge of a small idyllic village of 450 inhabitants (near the city of Balingen) with a corner shop, playground and outdoor swimming pool. On the garden level of a detached house, bright and friendly rooms, a covered terrace with garden area and a fantastic view over the whole valley await you. From your sunbathing area, you can relax and enjoy the view and the tranquility.

The bedroom is furnished with a high-quality, very comfortable box spring bed, a large wardrobe and its own TV. The living room invites you to relax with it's chaise lounge and beanbag. TV, Wi-Fi, Google Chromecast and DVDs are available. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee machine, blender, microwave and dishwasher. The daylight bathroom features a walk-in shower. The apartment is on the ground floor with its own entrance and a parking space directly in front of the door.

Our holiday apartment "Hans" is located in the idyllic village of Hausen im Tal in the nature park "Obere Donau". If you want to walk or climb, if you want to swing on a bike or just want to enjoy time, this is the place. The apartment is under the roof. In the house, there are two other apartments, all of which you enter through the common stairwell. The apartment has a bedroom with double bed, a living-dining room with kitchen, which is well equipped.

Landluft Vacation Rental

Our 45 m² apartment Landluft on our farm Hermannslust, on the Swabian Alb is in an idyllic secluded location surrounded by forest and meadows and can accommodate up to 4 guests (possibly 1 additional child in a travel cot). Our apartment is the ideal place for rest and relaxation, but also for families and as a starting point for excursions. Dairy cows and their offspring, chickens, horses, cats, dogs, goats, sheep and rabbits live on our organic farm.

Our renovated apartment is lovingly furnished and covers approx. 65 sqm. It is on the 1st floor of our house, in a quiet residential area. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds (1x190/200; 1x140/200), living-dining area, kitchen (fully equipped), shower, toilet, balcony, satellite TV, music system, WiFi, cot and high chair. Parking is nearby. PLEASE NOTE: If two guests occupy both bedrooms, we charge an additional surcharge of €12 per night.

Your holiday home on the Swabian Alb is located in a former farmhouse "Lerchenhof" that was completely renovated and converted in 2014. The apartment itself was lovingly furnished in mid-2016, is about 90 square meters, fully furnished and covers two floors. It is actually quietly located in the village of Erzingen, which belongs to Balingen, and with very good connections to the B27.
