Our apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu near the city of Immenstadt. It is furnished in a modern Alpine style with wonderful views of the Allgäu mountains. In both summer and winter, its location makes it the best starting point for numerous activities in the entire Allgäu region. Many bike paths, beautiful hiking and skiing areas, magnificent lakes and of course our wonderful mountains offer a great platform for sports activities. Bike tours and hikes are possible directly from the front door.

Lake Constance and Bregenz are only 30 minutes away, winter sports fun in Mellau-Damüls (30 min.)Hochhäderich and Balderschwang (10 min.). Located directly on the cross-country ski trail, the sustainably built straw house invites you to an authentic experience.

Von dieser Unterkunft aus ist man in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Modern apartment right on the Lech. The apartment consists of a modern kitchen , a bedroom (double bed), a bathroom with shower and toilet, and an entrance area with a cloakroom. The apartment is set back in the courtyard/garden or on the Lech and completely on the 2nd floor. Above the Lech you can enjoy a romantic view of the former monastery of St. Mang and the High Castle at your feet. Shopping, strolling, dining out... possible without transportation.

Our 19 square meter guest room above the garage with separate entrance, two single beds, mini sofa and separate bathroom with shower and toilet is rented. In the room there is a refrigerator, kettle, coffee pad machine, microwave, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Skis, sleds, bicycles, etc. can be safely parked in the basement. A parking space in the courtyard is reserved for you. Bed linen, blankets, towels and breakfast dishes as well as tea/coffee are provided.

A well-equipped fitted kitchen with hob , oven, fridge, coffee machine, etc. is available. We recommend the arrival by car, since the nearest train station is about 8 km away and there is no public transport on site!
