Here you live quietly and peacefully ten minutes from Umeå. Own house 40 square meters with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The house also consists of a nice living room with TV and super fast Wifi, 1 bedroom with two beds, also access to an extra bed is available in the form of a comfortable sleeping mattress to put on the floor. There is of course a toilet with shower that also includes a combined washing machine and dryer. Comfortable full beds 80x200cm and an extra bed box spring 80x200cm, with bed mattress.

Rural located on the Island (an Ö in Umeälven) and with walking distance both from the flight and central Umeå you will find this microhouse on wheels. The house is fully equipped with all the comforts and you can choose if you want to buy for breakfast or arrange yourself in the nice kitchen. In summertime, we have an open craft shop and garden cafe Eljest on the same farm. Large parking space available about 50 m from the house. There is an option to charge your electric car at cost. Welcome. This cottage built in 1894 has been carefully renovated to a cosy guesthouse on 30m2 for 5 people. A cottage with the comfort of modern people of today but still with the atmosphere of back in the old days. This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities. Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med havet utanför dörren och somna till ljudet av vågornas vilsamma brus. Boden är utrustad för självhushåll med glas och porslin, mikrovågsugn, induktionshäll med två plattor samt en kolgrill. Från fiskarna i hamnen kan du köpa färsk och förädlad fisk. Föredrar du riktigt lata dagar så finns en välrenommerad restaurang alldeles intill, öppen dagligen under juni -augusti.
