Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Oakhurst

Very nice and clean. Game room was lots to do for adults and children. Hot tub was a bonus very relaxing . House has a lot of accommodations for little ones which was another big bonus. I’d say a 5 star and highly recommend for a large family very spacious and lots to do especially out door nature as a family was really enjoyable. Host was very friendly and responded very quickly. Thanks for the great stay! Very lovely home.

Stacy's house was very comfortable for the four of us - It was on a quiet street with a pretty view. I liked having coffee outside early in the morning while listening to a local rooster! She has a well stocked kitchen. We made all our meals in the house instead of eating out. Local grocery store is great. Beds are comfy. Towels are big and plush!! Communication was excellent - and immediate. It is a great location if you want to go to Yosemite and Sequoia and/or King's Canyon - we did have a lot of driving but I knew that when I planned the trip. We took a day off driving and hung out at Bass Lake which is very close by and just a great place to swim, boat and picnic. I highly recommend this house for a short or long stay - It's a gem.

We were fortunate to find Cabernet's house at the last min while looking for a place to ring in 2025. Nestled at the top of the perimeter of the Yosemite valley in Oakhurst, the house is a rare find. The weather was beautiful, we got to breath refreshing fresh air and got to enjoy all the amenities at the place. Things we enjoyed. <> Wood burning indoor fireplace. The house was nice and toasty. Perfect for end of Dec/Jan temperatures. <> Large fenced yard for our fur babies. I must say this was the highlight of the trip as it's not easy to find properties that have a completely fenced backyard. Our two husky girls sure enjoyed running around a clean grassy hard. Thank you or WOOF WOOF ! <> Beautiful furniture, clean carpets, well stocked kitchens with a lots of pots and pans to cook. <> Cabernet is super responsive. Very happy about this since a host that communicates well makes the entire experience special ! Thanks Cabernet. Looking forward to visiting again !

We loved our stay here. We were welcomed as we first arrived and were shown around the property and made sure to know how to use all the great amenities this beautiful home has to offer. The jacuzzi and pool were amazing after a long day of hiking. And we felt at home with this amazing stay.

The pictures are slightly mis leading. Felt like I wasn’t at the right place when I pulled in, but other then that the stay and amenities where all as described in the listing. The hosts were very communicative and were able to help/ answer any question we had.

Location and views were fantastic. Our daughter ran in the Yosemite half marathon and we had excelent access to Bass lake, oakhurst, and only 30 minutes to Yosemite south entrance. We did not have small children ,but if we did the place had everything you might need. Be aware that there are stairs, so access was challenging for my disabled huaband but we choose this place for the location and emenities and made it work. Would 100% go back.

This place is beautiful, peaceful, and so much fun. It was a great place to stay with our family. We loved the pool and the pickleball court. It was also very convenient to drive to Yosemite. Thank you Bruce for being a great host!

Amazing home! We were four families and all of us including the kids loved the stay. Lots of options from indoor & outdoor games, to BBQ grill, to Jacuzzi to projector to campfire to many many more... Home was like new, very clean, fully loaded rooms - kitchen, dining, living, bedrooms and bathrooms. Hari was a great host, very proactive, responsive and flexible to requests. Highly recommend and if we are back to Yosemite, this will be the first choice!

Great place for our 2 families to get together. Loved the game room downstairs for the kids to play, and loved sitting out on the deck with the propane fire pit/ hot tub. There is a small separate camp site a ways down on the property, but we felt very private and peaceful at the house. Loved staying here and drove to see Yosemite during our stay.

The house is located on a beautiful mountain top with complete facilities, including a children's playground, game room, etc. The kitchen utensils and seasonings are complete, making it very suitable for family gatherings and vacations. It is a half-hour drive from Yosemite.

Good place to stay for large groups & families. Close to Bass Lake and South Gate entrance of Yosemite. Lots of games available in the home for entertainment.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful and spacious home! The kitchen is very well stocked, beds were super comfortable, common areas were homey and plentiful, everything was clean, and there was an EV charger! The location is great to access Yosemite. Finally, Victor was a great, communicative host. Highly recommend a stay here (especially for large groups)!

Our stay at Shanks’ Lodge was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this property was designed with families in mind. The lodge offers a wide range of amenities, including a basketball hoop, playroom, a pond, a jacuzzi, and a refreshing swimming pool—perfect for hot summer days. Nestled on a stunning piece of land, the lodge is truly a nature lover’s paradise. Each morning, I enjoyed sitting on the back deck with a cup of coffee, taking in the peaceful sounds of birds, frogs, and falcons around the pond. It was perfect way to start the day. The lodge itself is spacious, beautifully maintained, and impeccably clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals with ease. Every detail was thoughtfully considered to make our stay comfortable and stress-free. A special thanks to our host, Carolyn, whose warmth and attentiveness made us feel right at home. Our family didn’t want to leave! The river/waterfall outside is gorgeous, and gives such a peaceful sound that can be heard up at the house. We brought out 4 kids and they loved the playground, waterfall, private bedrooms, and board games. Beautiful kitchen as well!

This spot was perfect for our little family of three. Half way between Yosemite's South Gate and the surprisingly well-equipped town of Oakhurst, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would book this place again. Check-in was a breeze, and the host was very responsive when asked a question or two during the visit. The wood-burning stove and the hot tub were a bonus for tired legs after long hikes, and a cozy atmosphere and opportunity to warm up during nightly movies while relaxing. Would definitely recommend this spot if you're looking for a non-hotel option that's very private and slightly off the beaten path.

This place was a perfect restop for our weekend in Yosemite. Very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The hottub was very nice and the french press coffee was superb. A+++

We loved the cabin! Such a beautiful area and cool space. We loved the way the interior was designed and even bought one of the pieces of local art! We would absolutely stay here again, and it was perfect proximity for our trip to Yosemite. Thank you for everything.

The place was a prefect getaway with the husband. Regina made it extremely easy to check in, check out, and she responded very quickly to my questions throughout our stay. We recommend staying here.

Stayed for a couple of nights with my parents. Had a lovely stay. The house was clean and had all resources. Enjoyed the surroundings, beautiful for walks.

Everything was 10/10. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Diana was extremely responsive and helpful. Couldn't ask for a better stay. Felt like home. Highly, highly recommend!!
