Cozy basement suite in a lovely, safe, established neighbourhood of family homes close to Camosun College and the University of Victoria with easy access to grocery shopping and major bus routes. Downtown Victoria is only 15 minutes away by bus. There is a small patio table and seating for 2 outside the suite. If you have a vehicle, our driveway is yours for the duration of your stay. Our two bedroom suite is super comfortable. Great beds and linens. Full kitchen and full bath. The living room is fully equipped with really comfy furniture, WiFi and fireplace. We can accommodate as many as four guests. Our location is close to great beaches, shopping and UVIC is right across the street. Downtown is a fifteen minute drive and UVIC offers bus service everywhere. Cadboro Bay is a wonderful neighborhood, one of Victoria’s finest. It is terrific.
