The living-dining area is spacious and also includes air conditioning, a sitting area, and a table for meals or remote work. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cookware, and utensils. The bathroom is modern, with a large shower and towels provided for your comfort. Located on the fourth floor (no elevator), the apartment offers direct access to a large outdoor terrace, perfect for sunbathing, reading, or enjoying panoramic views of the town. Although we don’t have private parking, free street parking is usually available right outside. If needed, you can also park for free near the port, just a 2 to 5-minute walk away. The apartment is located in the heart of the town, with supermarkets, bars, restaurants, a laundrette, and other services just two minutes on foot.

A cinco minutos en coche del centro de Boiro y quince andando, a cuarenta y cinco de Santiago y a una hora de los principales puntos turísticos de las Rías Bajas y la Costa da Morte. El paseo marítimo de 3 km comienza a 100m de la casa. Situada en un barrio tranquilo y sin casas contiguas. Las llaves se entregan en mano tanto a la entrada como a la salida.
