FINCA ESCALANTE is a duplex house where we try to merge the beauty of its façade and romantic-style colors with a modern and functional interior. The ground floor is occupied by the garage for two cars. The 1st floor of 90m2, is made up of a large and comfortable kitchen open to the dining room and living room overlooking the property and a bedroom with a bathroom. The 2nd is made up of an open office, a bedroom with a bathroom and balcony and the main one with a dressing room, bathroom and terrace. Wi-Fi, TV in all rooms.

Your family will have everything a stone's throw away in this new home, located in the heart of Plaza de Fefiñáns. In our house we want you to feel part of the village, due to its location in the historic center of Cambados you can walk through its streets full of bars, restaurants and wine bars, enjoy the promenade and reach Santo Tomé marine neighborhood and take a swim on the beach watching the ruins of the Sadurniño Tower or stroll to Mount A Pastora with its historical monument ruins.

La Casita de la Playa is located in the middle of Ria de Arosa and on the beachfront. Ample parking in front of the house. Five minutes by car from downtown Boiro and fifteen minutes on foot, forty-five minutes from Santiago and one hour from the main tourist attractions of the Rías Bajas and the Costa da Morte. The 3 km promenade starts 100 meters from the house. Located in a quiet neighborhood and without adjoining houses. Keys are delivered by hand both at check-in and check-out.

Just a 15-minute drive from Sanxenxo and beaches like A Lanzada. You can visit the most touristy areas of the Rías Baixas (Cambados, O Grove, Sanxenxo, Combarro...) Very close to the entrance of the AP9 towards Santiago or Vigo, and the AG41 highway.

Small seafaring house on the first line with an exclusive view of the Ria de Pontevedra.Very quiet area where we can barely hear the boats that go out to fish and in which the silence and the sea will make your stay a unique experience.Outside the house has 3 garden areas on which we can find a pool area and barbecue with incredible views.On the inside has a master bedroom in the upper part from which you can see the sea.
