A kitchen with a dining area and a toilet, with access to the courtyard and the veranda, on the ground floor. A great deal of attention has been paid to lighting and comfort. Old chapel restored as a home in one of the most emblematic estates for making Ribeiro wine. The first mentions of the Compostelana chapter property in the vicinity of Ribadavia date back to the end of the 12th century. The chapel dedicated to Santiago, along with the manor house, belonged to the Cabildo De Santiago, which personally exploited it due to its wealth in the production of the highly valued Ribeiro wine.

Dona Florinda's houses, composed of two bungalows, were built taking advantage of the inserted area, with two large balconies (one of them suspended) overlooking the best landscape - the village and the mountains.
