Maju, an elegant house located in Nyons, in the heart of the Drôme Provençale and just a 10-minute walk from the historic town center, features a welcoming living area with an open, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (including 2 master suites with 160 cm beds and en-suite bathrooms, and 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds and a separate bathroom), and 2 toilets. Enjoy a private, enclosed outdoor space with two terraces including a lounge area and a barbecue, as well as a private heated swimming pool.

Une chambre avec un lit double, un bureau/chambre avec un lit simple à l'étage. veuillez noter que le bureau/chambre à l'étage est accessible via un escalier extérieur. La salle de bain est au rez de chaussé avec douche et WC. La cuisine est équipée avec une table pour 4 personnes. Le séjour comprend un petit canapé, un fauteuil et un poêle à bois. At the heart of the vineyard, you will enjoy a panoramic view of the countryside and its Provençal hills. For 10 people maximum, the house on two levels offers comfort and calm. close to Nyons. Exposed stone house 140 m² habitable. Beautiful volumes, a very neat renovation in order to highlight the charm of the old. Ideal for reunions with family or friends. A large living room and kitchen on the ground floor give direct access to the terrace, the swimming pool(may-september), the garden.

Cosy, comfortable apartment with swimming pool, June–10 July

We are offering you this F2 (swimming pool access from 15 May to 10 July and in September) located on the ground floor of our main residence. It has a shaded outdoor area in summer and a fully equipped kitchen. This apartment is located less than 5 minutes by car and 20 minutes on foot from the city centre, where you can enjoy the market every Thursday morning. If you come with a baby, equipment can be made available to you (travel cot, high chair, baby lounger, pram, etc.).
