Cosy studio in city center

No smoking. Equipped with a single bed. Cozy independent studio for 1 person (18 m2 with kitchenette, shower room, wifi) in the city center, located in our garden. You will be lulled by the sound of the stream that flows along the studio. I specify that there is no TV. WE LIVE ON SITE, SO NO PARTIES and bringing strangers in for the night. Our house is located in the Haut-Jura Regional Natural Park at an altitude of 1000 m. Former 19th century farmhouse, it was successively a summer camp, a gîte and then a family home. We renovated it with quality natural materials. The 230 m2 house is intended for lovers of old stones but also Art and Design in search of a comfortable haven of peace to recharge your batteries in the middle of nature, 1 hour from Geneva and 1 hour 45 minutes from Lyon.

Apartment on the shores of Lake Geneva, small but completely renovated, with a private swimming pool in the building, private parking for one car, a private beach on the lake, however it is necessary to have a vehicle to get around, especially to go to Switzerland (quite far from Geneva airport or the city of Lausanne, with frequent traffic jams). Public transport is complicated and underdeveloped.
