A practical pre-pic with extra ventilation via skylight with tinted glass. The boat is tastefully mahogany-furnished. Refrigerator 12v or cooler. Gas stove, gas included. 230 volts shore power to the elements 3x1200w. A dinghy is available in our for fun.

Idyllic archipelago cottage

Cozy archipelago cottage on a lake plot with its own dock, patio and fully equipped kitchen. The cottage is located on the island of Långgarn, 7 minutes by my boat from Söderby pier. Can also pick up/drop off by car at the commuter train Tungelsta station, included. Free parking is available at Söderby dock. Access to 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, and wood-fired sauna with outdoor shower. Close to a public sandy beach, 200 meters. Nice outdoor toilet with lake views. Very nice walking paths around the island, which is about 3 km long. There are no stores on the island.

In the middle of Utö with walking distance to beaches and fantastic nature is this little gem. Perfect for those who want to be quiet and stay in the middle of nature. The house is perfect for two people but works with, for example, 2 adults and 2 children. Just a few minutes' walk to the sea. Several excellent hiking trails are available on Utö. A map is located in the house. The "community" of Gruvan is about 4 km away where most restaurants, grocery stores, etc. are located. Get off the boat at Spränga brygga. To consider. In close proximity to the house, there is a guest house with a wide bunk bed and toilet. In the most southern part of Stockholm archipelago you will find our cosy little "bush retreat" at Torö/Svärdsö, 10 min drive from Torö stenstrand (pebble beach). Feel free to use our surfboards and go for a surf, use our rowing boat only, 10-15min walk from the cottage! 10-15 min drive to Nynäshamn where you can find almost everything and hang out in the harbor during the summer or if you want to explore Stockholm city, it is only 40-50 min drive. The busstop is only 100 meter from the cottage!

Stuga Eriksdal/Ösmo

This accommodation is perfect for, for example, transit to/from Gotland via Nynäshamn. Take a break in cozy Ösmo! Here you are close to most things; animals, nature, archipelago (Nynäshamn), center with grocery store, restaurants and swimming pool, as well as good connections to Stockholm City. Why not enjoy a vegetarian buffet at Ösmo Plantshop just around the corner? Or look at paintings from the 15th century by Albertus Pictor in Ösmo Church right across the street? You live on our property.

Stugan Storskär byggdes för några år sedan har allt du behöver för en bekväm vistelse på Utö, skärgårdens kanske vackraste och mest mångfacetterade ö. Stor altan med sol från lunch till sen kväll på somrarna. Utemöbler, kolgrill (kol ingår ej) och fullt utrustat kök, diskmaskin och AC. Brädspel, böcker, kortlek finns också. För barnen finns en lekstuga, leksaker, fotbollar, kubb och annat att låna. För regniga dagar finns Wifi och TV med Apple-TV men även en bastu på tomten.
