From the kitchen, you can access the balcony on the upper floor, and there is a glazed conservatory underneath. 2 bathrooms and a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and drying cabinet. The forest where you can find wild strawberries, blueberries and mushrooms is behind the house, and in front you have a view of the lake and meadows. There is a swimming area below the house. A rowboat is included in the rent. Dogs are welcome at this accommodation.

The cozy 30 sqm house accommodates everything you need for comfortable self-catering, whether you stay one night or several weeks. With proximity to train, bus, Norrköping and Kolmården Zoo, the location is perfect for culture, hiking and nature experiences. Local restaurants and grocery stores are also within walking distance. An ideal accommodation for two adults who appreciate that little extra.

Cabin 10 meters from the sea at Stockholm inlet

Accommodation with a fantastic location by the sea, only 10 metres from the water. Overlooking the Stockholm inlet, you can see boats and ships passing by outside the house, which has a terrace facing the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from central Stockholm and is separate from the main building where we live. A nature reserve for walking and running is a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub on our jetty can be rented for one evening. Currently under repair. Available from 20/5.

The plot of the house is adjacent to a marina where there is a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat. Rocks and beach swimming nearby. Oxelösund is a fantastic archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good connections with highway only to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.

Europe's largest zoo, Kolmården, is within about 3.3 miles. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
