Condo holiday rentals in Nye County

My stay here was perfect. I had an unforeseen turn of events on a trip and needed to stop in Vegas for a night. Owner was very responsive and responded quick. The place was spotless and conveniently located near many attractions. Would book again!

Don's space was perfect for our group! He was very accommodating, offering a late check and an additional night at a discounted price for our stay!

We had a great stay at Lissie’s home. We loved the location in the arts district, walkable to many coffee shops and Fremont Street. Lissie was an excellent communicator and we thoroughly enjoyed her place. The views of the city and mountains was beautiful. The kitchen had what we needed. Super clean, comfortable and secure apartment. We’d stay again next time we’re in town!

beautiful views like the pictures, easy elevator access, easy gym access, easy pool access, top golf in short walking distance.Literally valet parking as soon as you get off the elevator.

JD’s place was just as described. Saw a review saying the bathrooms were “run down” which is very untrue. Everything is in great condition and the view is spectacular! Right next to the Palm Tree Beach Club and the MGM Casino which was super convenient. Had a blast and will be booking with JD on my next trip to Vegas!

Quiet apartment, couldn't hear the neighbors. There were two bathrooms, one for each bedroom, which was great! Fast communication. Lots of free parking. A little lack of shampoo, but these are minor things. I recommend it.

The place is clean and nice., it’s close to the strip. The host is a sweet lady and communication is efficiency. Definitely will come back for next time visit Las Vegas!!!

Great location and we walked to Chinatown every day. I liked the big tv and especially the well stocked kitchen. Thank you! I will visit again.

After staying for 6 months in Tom’s condominium , we enjoyed it enormously, the location was perfect and quiet , the maintenance of the place was also perfect , tom was always available to answer immediately all our questions. If we were to go back to vegas, tom’s place would be our first choice to rent again.

Truly a beautiful and family friendly place to stay and has everything you need! I will definitely use Eddie’s place again the future when I come back to Vegas.

Sherman’s place was clean, cozy, and roomy for our group of 3 + 1 pet. Unit looked just like the pictures. Community was quiet, safe, and conveniently close to the strip. We appreciated the 24/7 security, abundant free parking, central AC, and grassy areas for dogs. Sherman was also kind, flexible, and responsive as a host!

The place was so well-maintained. It was very clean and organized. The towels and linens were clean and smelled fresh. The place accommodated 6 guests very comfortably. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. It was walking distance to Rio and Goldcoast. It is also a very short uber ride to the strip.

I’m incredibly grateful for my stay here. The apartment was clean, cozy, and comfortable. I felt safe in the building, and the neighbors seemed nice. The bed was great. The apartment was well-equipped for someone staying more than a few days, so I had almost everything I needed for 2weeks there — just missed a few minor kitchen items, but nothing essential. The AC was a bit noisy, so I didn’t run it at night — probably the only downside. The parking spot was large and convenient. I only used it once, but it was really great to have. I didn’t have a car, so I walked to get groceries. The area didn’t feel 100% safe, but it was manageable even for a solo female traveler. Getting to the Strip was easy and affordable when needed, around 10-15 min and 10-20$ Uber/Lyft. Same thing about airport The biggest thing I appreciated was the flexibility with check-in/check-out - it truly made a difference for me! I’d happily stay here again on my next trip - it was a very pleasant experience🙏

Great place to stay!

I loved staying here as opposed to the Main MGM. Much quieter and I felt much safer as well. Bonus was no cig smoke at all. Wonderful staff.

The view from the place was so gorgeous day and night I was truly amused! The location was good too, it was close to the strip and close to overall a bunch of stores. The Airbnb itself has a lot of appliances for us to be comfy all weekend without having to leave. Our host was great at getting back to us quickly, very responsive at all and anytime we had a question but most importantly to us when we had a quick change of plans and needed to stay a little longer so we asked for a later checkout and she did everything she could to accommodate us it was great! Definitely recommend staying here (:

This is a fantastic apartment. It is a great size, very clean and comfortable. The balcony and pool areas are fantastic. It felt really safe and homely. We got Ubers to and from the strip which were ten dollars so it was great. There is a bus as well. Walgreens is also need by. Ivan responded very quickly to my questions and his instructions were very clear. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Well worth the price

I felt like I hit the jackpot before I ever got to LasVegas. This place was awesome! I’m picky, very picky but I loved it. I would have loved a better coffee maker and some quality coffee. However for those who are Starbucks fans then is one right downstairs. The bed was very comfy. We are definitely coming back! Next time for a week.
