Holiday rentals with breakfast in Nye County

Very beautiful and cozy home. This is a very peaceful area with nice surroundings and a cool view of Fremont. Right in the middle of EDC and Fremont street. 30min drive to either. Very close if you’re looking into a close AirBnB for EDC. Although there may not be much to do in the area, everything is driving distance. Nothing much around that you can walk to. Provided a good amount of amenities such as a case of Water, Milk, and Snacks.

Esti’s house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Me and my friends absolutely loved this house and wished we could have stayed longer. Esti responded immediately to all of my messages and gave very clear checkin and checkout instructions. I would definitely stay here again!

Recommended place! We stayed for 2 nights during a roadtrip through CA, NV, AZ and UT. The place is clean and was spacious for our family of 2 adults and 3 teenage kids. Given the outdoor temperatures, we appreciated to be able to park the car in the garage. We had a couple of questions and got help very swiftly, with Matt even coming to us to help on-site. We appreciated the amenities provided. While the swimming pool itself was not yet warm enough this time of year, we enjoyed the hot tub. It takes a quick message to the host, to get it heated in 30 mins. What might be best of all, is that the house is located near the Vegas Strip (5 mins drive), but in a quiet neighborhood, away from all the noise. Thanks for letting us stay in your place!

Great place for my family vacation. We were able to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi just as described. The home was beautiful and the most helpful part was how the owner had the home prepared as far as games, towels, complimentary shampoos, conditioners, and such, and that there were cooking dishes and utensils in the kitchen for me to cook food for my family. The price was great and we would definitely book with this host again!

We loved the place. Very spacious, nice and clean. Pool area is amazing and lots of space: Communication with the host was great. Great for family time and home entertainment. 5 stars

It was a wonderful experience. Very quite neighborhood and close to all the fun stuff to do. Lots of stairs I got my steps in.

There were air freshener plug-ins in every room and the smell was so overwhelming. We have asthma and allergy issues which was a serious concern. We had to unplug all of them and air out the house. The sheets were also laundered in fragrant soap. Otherwise, the house was nice and the kitchen was well equipped. We had a great time with family.

OMG!! What a hidden gem. I would recommend this stay for anyone who is looking to have the Vegas experience without staying directly on the strip. It’s conveniently close to absolutely every Vegas has to offer. Literally minutes to the strip. Palms was a stone throw away. Also had parking for our rental car! Sasha rocks. She was super responsive and had every amenity under the sun! Even our favorite toothpaste! Saying this place is clean is an understatement it was impeccable! Sasha went above and beyond with all of our questions. She had passes for red rock canyon which we unfortunately couldn’t get to see but we will next time! It was 43 mins from the Hoover dam and 2 hours from the Grand Canyon! We were able to see both! I love this place it felt like a home away from home. We WILL be staying there again!! Thanks Sasha you will be hearing from us sooner than later!

Wonderful stay here. Very helpful hosts helped my partner and myself find things to do in the area and the room itself was delightful. The many peacocks on site were a happy surprise and the entire aura of the area is relaxed and historic. Would definitely suggest this listing to anyone wanting a unique experience while staying in the Beatty area.

Mark is a wonderful host! The place is great and the breakfast is superb! Loved everything about it and will for sure be booking again.

Love this B&B. Have stayed a few times and it is a hidden gem. I sleep like a baby in the quote country location. Beautiful home and beautiful people.

My husband and I had an amazing stay at this wonderful bed and breakfast hosted by the lovely Jennifer and her husband, Nigel. Everything was exactly as described, and their warm hospitality made the experience even better. Their friend Sherry was also incredibly kind and welcoming. What truly made this stay unforgettable was the presence of their beautiful peacocks ( they did not make any sound at all ) — such a rare and special sight! It’s hard enough to spot animals in the park, so having these stunning birds right on the property was a unique highlight that drew me in — and I don’t regret it one bit. If you’re looking for a charming stay with great hosts and a memorable touch of nature, this is the perfect spot near Death Valley ! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at the cabin! Breakfast was a nice touch in the morning! Be prepared for lots of peacocks who are sooooo curious about whoever is in the cabin!

What an outstanding place to stay! It was like an oasis in the desert. Wow! The house was decorated like a museum with tender loving care showing in every nook and cranny. The setting was beautifully serene with vast views of vineyards, farmlands, and mountains. Stunning! Mark's mother, Joyce, prepared a scrumptious breakfast with the best waffles and eggs to my liking, fruit, juice, and coffee...double wow! And the company of the family who has lived in the area for over 50 years was just an utter delight. I'm going back any chance I can. High recommendations without any reservations at all.

We had a wonderful time when we were at the house. We stayed out most of the time but when we were home it was good when am I Las Vegas again. I look forward to renting from them again. They were very nice and helpful. Everything is good

This was honestly a great stay, very comfortable, homemade food made with love every single time, good conversation I could go on and on but trust me this is the place to go if you want to be feel comfortable.
