Holiday rentals with beach access in Nydri

Had a great week @ the Ionian Nest, the accommodation was as per the listing, very clean with good linens & furnishing, well stocked kitchen, plenty of crockery pans etc. Quiet setting, 14 units & only a handful occupied so was quiet, pool area was quiet. Lovely balcony area. Really good well stocked supermarket 5 minute walk away. There are 2 restaurants locally, one by supermarket at the top of the road & Koutavos Taverna down the hill 5/10 minute walk. Both very good value with reasonable choice menu. Beach is just a couple of minutes walk, pebble beach with lovely clear water (no one else there when we went 😊) I would personally say a car is a must unless you just want a chill out holiday on the complex. Palairos has a lovely sea front area with lots of restaurants < 10 mins in the car. Susannah kindly arranged a taxi for us one evening. Worth a drive to Lefkada good place to visit with plenty of coffee bars & restaurants. Would recommended a stay & would book again.

Great place. Great location. Fabulous host. The place is perfect, exactly as you see in the photos. Close to the water, lovely garden, lots of birdsong, mountain backdrop. Nice neighbourhood, good neighbours. The location is great, close to town but private & quiet. Also a perfect location from which to explore the island. Katerina is a fabulous host. Whatever you want from your stay she will get it right. Whether that is to feel like a local & part of the family, or if you want privacy & seclusion, or help & guidance. Highly recommended.

We were here for the second time. Once again, everything was perfect. I fell in love with the cats from there. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The place is truly beautiful and it was clean ! We can’t wait to return.

We had a really great week at Nektarios’ place! It’s a really peaceful spot with a beautiful view of the bay, and some lovely taverna’s aswell as the beach within 5 minutes walk. It was a convenient base for exploring Lefkada although a car is an essential. Nektarios was a super helpful and friendly host, and would definitely recommend staying here. We’re already thinking about a return trip to Lefkada!

We had a lovely stay at Vasiliki's place. The location was perfect for us, as we have spent a full week travelling the island, so it was easy for us to go south to Vasiliki and all the beaches, or towards Lefkada, Karia and Nydri. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed, the yard is beautiful. Vasiliki is an amazing host, we found yogurt, tomatoes, water and beer in the fridge, and when we left she kindly offered us oregano from her yard. Thank you for everything! We will definitely be back.

Aspasia’s place was everything we wanted and more! It was right across from the beach and also 5 minutes walk to a secret AMAZING beach with no crowds. Both have crystal clear turquoise water! There were many Tavern’s right next door and we were only a few minutes by car from Lefkada Town (for even more options). Room was perfect, spacious bathroom, kitchenette as well! AC worked well and the black out curtains were a huge plus. What made everything even better was Aspasia’s amazing hospitality. She is an absolute sweetheart who really cares about you having a good time. She made sure we were doing well and that we had everything we could possibly need. She made so many great recommendations to us and each one was fantastic! Listen to her recommendations and you will be happy you did! Without her wealth of knowledge we would have missed out on so many incredible experiences! I can’t wait to return with more friends next time!

Very good choice if you visit Lefkada, although I think the best beaches are on the other side, but that's not a problem as you will definitely need a car for your transportation. Perfect house nice bedroom, nice lighting, the kitchen from what I saw fully functional (we did not cook). It has everything you need even for many days (washing machine, iron, oven, safe). The only negative thing may be that the bathroom holds some water, maybe you should check it (it was not a problem for us, maybe for someone else) We had a great time!

The Enigma boho appartment by Spyridon was all we hoped it would be for our short stay in the charming town of Preveza, Greece It was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean and equiped with everything we needed. It is a short walk to the buzzing center of town with resteraunts galore and quaint boutique shopping. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Harel is a great host who even facilitated a baby cot for us! House meets all needs and the beach is within walking distance. In short, recommended!

I more than recommend the place. It’s like a small part of heaven and everything was perfect. The house, the garden, mister Eftichios who offered us a warm welcome, good communication, olive oil, fresh strawberries, eggs from his chicken and the company of his lovely dog Yanis who made us a bit sad because we left. One of the BEST airbnbs I’ve stayed at. It was so clean and the space felt very safe. The pool was gorgeous and well-maintained. The hosts were extremely friendly and went above and beyond helping us with our travels. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit Lefkada. :)

We had a fantastic week in this cosy little house right by the shore, great for swimming and sitting on the veranda watching the boats, very peaceful! Great location ! You can find all that you need in nearby Lefkada town.

Kate welcomed me from check in, i came by myself. Her and her family took me to a local taverna that had just opened for the summer and we had a lovely time! The property was absolutely stunning, very close to the beach. I rented a bike in lefkada and the cycle ride took about 20 minutes and was beautiful, kate gave me a lift into town to go and get it. Cant express how much of a good time I had! An unforgettable experience and I hope I can return.

Amazing location, beautiful garden, fanny cats-neighbors. House has countryside vibe (mainly on kitchen), but overall it’s accurate and clean. Perfect location! Special thank you to Kris, the house manager, for his hospitality! Ready to recommend it to everyone who want calm and comfort vacation

The house that we rented was amazing and the view of the bay from its private terrace and from the bed was absolutely breathtaking. The house had everything that we needed, it was modernly equipped and it was very clean. Christine was really kind, helpful, she welcomed us with delicious homemade treats, and we had a great time talking about Greece with her. The house is accessible by car or by foot and we enjoyed our walks to the beach as well. We would love to come back in our future vacations!

Upon arrival we were greeted by Athanasios's wife with kindness and availability. He immediately offered us a welcome Greek coffee accompanied by delicious homemade cookies. Genuine and reserved environment for those like us who wanted tranquility and relaxation. The property was as described in the listing with easy parking and without any impediment. To conclude the evening before departure during the greetings, we were given an unexpected present that made our stay also on the final truly wonderful. The apartment had all the comforts and was clean and tidy. I highly recommend this host to anyone who wants to visit the island of Lefkada.

LEFKASEABNB was truly magical. This was my first time in the Ionian Islands and I couldn't have been happier with the location, accommodations, and host. It's called the island of turquoise waters for a reason and it's just seconds away from the place. The space was very clean and thoughtfully designed. You can tell Panos, the host, has put a lot of effort into its design and feel. Panos let us use the bikes to ride along the coast. He also had a paddle board for me to catch sunset. Overall, he communicated well and had lots of tips/recommendations. There are plenty of restaurants walking distance and the beach is right in front of you. We had everything we could have wanted so book with confidence!

Really nice place to stay

A peaceful place to stay and enjoy your vacations, with a lot of things to do in the surrounding area.

This was a nice place to stay for our family vacation. Clean, with comfortable beds and easy parking. The only downside is the street noise, we could not keep the windows open at night, so think twice if you are sensitive to noise as it takes some time getting used to it. Otherwise, our host Ellie was very friendly and helpful. The location is close to Nikiana's beaches, easy to walk around or drive to other beaches around Lefkada.

We loved our stay at Eri’s ! From the moment we made contact with her to our arrival we felt welcomed and that we could communicate easily with Eri. Having a friendly helpful host has been wonderful and made our stay really easy and relaxing ! Thanks Eri and Kiki ! The view from Our balcony is so serene - great tavernas and shops so close too The sun beds umbrellas and Kayak added you our holiday. It’s such a beautiful friendly place we would love to return !
