The apartment is located in the historic center of Aosta, in front of the Pretorian Gates, a 7-minute walk from the Aosta train station. The accommodation is arranged on two floors: on the lower floor there is the living room with kitchenette equipped with everything you need and a sofa bed for 2 people and on the upper floor there is the bedroom with a double bed or 2 single beds and the bathroom with shower and washing machine. Located in the central valley, it allows you to quickly reach the valleys of the Gran Paradiso National Park, the city of Aosta, the towns of the Alta Valle, France and Switzerland.

This two-room apartment is located in a house surrounded by greenery on the first hill of Saint Vincent. Two hundred meters from the spa and a ten-minute walk to the center. It is located on the top floor of another rental unit. It is an excellent accommodation for those seeking peace and relaxation but also a starting point for trips throughout the Aosta Valley. From the balcony you can enjoy a beautiful view of the valley.

A small spa has been recently built for the exclusive use of our guests with a separate fee for those who want to use it.

L'appartamento dispone di parcheggio privato ed è composto da un ingresso, una zona giorno con angolo cottura, una camera da letto per due persone ed un bagno con doccia. Sono ben accetti animali di piccola taglia a due o quattro zampe purché ben educati.
