The house is in an ideal geographical context it is close to the city center and surrounded by greenery on the first hill of Aosta. The apartment is equipped with every comfort; the finishes are of high quality, the house has been renovated in bio-architecture with natural materials: marble in the bathrooms, local stones and solid wood. My place is good for couples and families (with 1 to 2 kids) or three friends. in July and August, if there is a free week, I do not rent for less than 5 days... I apologize...

We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

The apartment is located in the historic center of Aosta, in front of the Pretorian Gates, a 7-minute walk from the Aosta train station. The accommodation is arranged on two floors: on the lower floor there is the living room with kitchenette equipped with everything you need and a sofa bed for 2 people and on the upper floor there is the bedroom with a double bed or 2 single beds and the bathroom with shower and washing machine. Overlooking the pedestrianized street, it is the perfect starting point to stroll around the city among vestiges of ancient Rome, plus craft shops and numerous bars. Strategically located for those who want to visit our valley's famous natural attractions. 100 meters from the Regional Hospital and a 10-minute walk from both the train station and the bus station.
