The atmospheric, electrified cottage offers peace in the middle of nature, but is only about 15 km from the services of the town of Nurmes (Bomba, Hyvärilä are about a 10-minute drive away). The shallow, fish-filled pond offers good recreational opportunities, and there are good mushroom and berry areas in the surrounding area. An idyllic destination for a family holiday as well!

In winter, you can access the ski slope from the ice in front of the cottage. In addition, the ski slopes of the Timitra ski resort are within walking distance of the cottage. In the courtyard of the cottage, there are good downhill skiing opportunities, as well as a great setting for winter activities. However, city services are available a few kilometers away.

Rantaan 50m, ei laituria, mökin vierestä menee rantaan tie / polku, jonka kohdalta oikealle rantaa voi käyttää. Rannalla soutuvene, joka yhteiskäytössä Koliwood A:n kanssa. Rakentamaton rantaviiva jatkuu todella pitkälle ja vasta 500m päässä tulee vastaan camping alue.

Rentoudu koko perheen kanssa tässä rauhallisessa 120 m2 majapaikassa. Tämä majapaikka sijaitsee Lieksan keskustan tuntumassa ja vierestä kulkee junarata, joka ei kuitenkaan asumista häiritse. Vieressä on myös kapea joki, johon ei pääse pulahtamaan. Autokatokseen saa kaksi autoa suojaan ja pihalta lisäksi kotatulipaikalla varustettu valoisa ja suojaisa kesäkeittiö.
