Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Nungambakkam

We had a very comfortable stay with Mom and Sister. All the AC units were working perfectly, and the fridge was brand new. The room and bathroom were extremely neat and clean. All appliances, including the washing machine, microwave, and utensils, were in great condition and worked flawlessly. There was ample supply of hot and cold water throughout. Special thanks to Karan, the watchman, who was very helpful and always ready to assist if anything was needed. Highly recommended Love to see Garden with a mango tree full of ripe mangoes 😍😍😍😍

Very much impressed with the way Senthil guided through out the stay. The property was too clean and in particular, the kitchen had everything that was required for a simple cooking. My kids were very happy to spend time in inside home in the evenings. A cozy stay for a small family.

We had a comfortable stay at this place. It is very conveniently located with all amenities available at walking distance. Sumi was very responsive at all times and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The place is spacious with big rooms and everything was provided as per description. It has elevator access as well which was required for us, due to my mom’s surgery. We didn’t have any problem during our stay. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy comfortable.

Small apartment but good enough for four members. Covered parking is not available but we can park the car in open inside the premises. We felt at home for 3 days and location was also very good for our commutes nearby

Anand’s place is diagonally opposite to Elliot’s beach. Although there is no sea view from the apartment, the sea is right there, just downstairs! The apartment is old, but it is clean and well maintained. It is spacious and for the three of us it was luxurious. Thank you Anand, we enjoyed staying at your place and will do so again when we visit Chennai.

Good place to stay

I booked Ceann's to host the Bride's family during my wedding. The place felt like home. Everything was arranged before we reached there. The host was very friendly and assisted us whenever needed. The house was comfortable good for family gathering of about 8 to 12 people. Everything was pristine and clean. I would definitely recommend the place and will also use it in the future. Thanks

Second stay at Anbu's, could not complete the stay due to personal reasons. The stay was comfortable and felt right at home. One thing about staying at Anbu's is that he will go to great lengths to ensure your stay is utmost comfortable. He is a humble and friendly host. The property is exactly like the photos. The house is a standalone independent corner plot with a spacious veranda in front and a personal rooftop with sitting area where you can catch flights taking off from Chennai Airport at close glimpse while sipping tea. The kitchen is spacious and clean. Bathrooms are neat, western one is difficult for tall legged people. Bedrooms are cozy and beds are comfortable. You will find the fridge stashed with snacks and the house equipped with necessary things for many days to day activities. 3 study tables for everyone to use. Dining table is fairly sized too. The property is new and just like home. All the best to Anbu for his future endeavours. Hope to meet again soon.

Proximity to the airport and being in center of a busy place was extremely convenient. This facilitated a quick hop on to the flight next morning after checking in the previous afternoon.

Best place for family and kids to stay . Clean rooms with all amenities. Very peaceful stay. Location is very good. All rooms hall kitchen same as described in pictures. My kids love this place.
