Monthly Rentals in Nundah

I was really happy with this place. Nice clean apartment. In a great location. Far enough out but close enough to the city. Plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. A Woolies at the end of the street. 2 minute walk to the train station. Affordable! Highly recommend and would gladly stay again.

Very comfortable and cosy cottage. Close to good restaurants and close to the airport if flying in.

It was a short but pleasant stay! Craig was a great host. Communication with him was effective since the day we booked our accomodation. He’s very friendly and helpful. The place was cleaned, well maintained, good equipped and comfortable. Location was great, there was supermarkets and restaurants from walking distances, and the airport was nearby. It’d recommend this place to stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kim’s. The unit was perfect for our needs and had everything we needed for our stay. Within easy walking distance to train, shops and cafes. Kim was very responsive and helpful with any questions. Absolutely would recommend this stay and would be happy to stay again for another trip. *****
