Beachfront holiday rental in Numana

Great accommodation: 5 minutes to the station, 5 minutes to the sea, cafes and shops nearby, quiet street. On the first floor, a cool apartment, not hot even when it's +30 outside. The host kindly met us at the station and took us to the apartment. He also provided directions on how to get from the airport. The apartment is clean, tidy, and has everything you need for living: in the kitchen: coffee, sugar, salt, spices, dishes for all tastes. In the rooms: clean, nice clean bedding In the bathroom: laundry detergents, shampoos, even a few baby diapers. Thank you for the good accommodation!!! I recommend it for a family vacation.

Paola was very helpful with anyone questions we have, and gave us several recommendations and directions during our stay. She also allowed us to check in early, and store our luggage there later on check out day.

The absolute plus found for the apartment was its location. A stone's throw from the beach, with a supermarket within walking distance. Terrace overlooking the sea, where you can eat and relax. A few minutes' walk takes you to the main street of Porto Recanati. Unless you want to go hiking, you can forget about the car. Noemi is a ready, kind, generous host with advice and always available: you can see her experience in terms of hospitality. For me, a "superhost"! The house is fully "furnished": I found everything you need to spend a peaceful vacation. A very positive experience!

My boyfriend and I felt welcomed and had a really great time, like at home, the place is beautiful, pleasant and quiet. I highly recommend it. The house is very clean and even without air conditioning it is cool due to its location, despite the small climb is a short walk from the sea, and , if the climb you do not want to take a bus you can find🙃! again, thank you Domenico and Pamela.

We got hit by a storm for 3 days which was unfortunate! Also beach activities had closed down - possibly early because of Storm - however we enjoyed the apartment- the decking area is fabulous- as are the views ! Thank you Naty !

everything went well. Angela was always there when we needed her. The problem we had is we are 82 years old and don't get around as good as someone younger. I would suggest her apartment to other people. It has a great view as advertised.

Apartment not very big but very nice, equipped with everything and located in a very nice village. The house has a large and well-kept garden with a much appreciated outdoor shower. Free and equipped beach at about 10/15 minutes walk (otherwise the car is needed). Marco is kind and available with tips and information. It would only need wifi ...unfortunately we with Wind had absolutely no line in the house (but also in many other areas of Conero). Highly recommended!

So pleased with our stay at Sara’s. From beginning to end Sara was always responsive and helpful. The home was clean and comfortable and the views of the sea from every room were amazing. We did not expect to use the pool very much but in the end used it everyday for a cool dip in the evening. Hope to come back someday!!

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

Well-maintained apartment, clean and in a great location.

The accommodation is exactly as described and as pictured, clean, equipped with everything you need, with parking immediately in front and a beautiful private garden. The beach, pool and restaurant bar are very close and the whole village is very well cared for. Highly recommended!

Our holiday was very relaxing. A beautiful Mediterranean and well-kept complex with small cottages and privacy. Also a very nice pool and private beach. You have to get used to the train line, but it runs on the entire coast and affects all the houses here. If you want to shop, go out in the evening or go for dinner, you always need a car. But that wasn't a problem for us.

Lovely stay. The hosts were very helpful. Made recommendations for trips and responded very quickly. The place was older date, but fine working. Lovely air conditioning. Lovely large pool with sun beds. Nice view of the water. And short walk to beach and town. The parking stall is very small.

The apartment has a great location, close to the old town on the mountain and a great view through the location on the mountain. There are different beautiful beaches - also in Sirolo - which are within walking distance. However, there is always a climb to the beach. The apartment is two level-internal. The upper floor with two bedrooms and a bathroom is quite low, but is also good to use at 1.90 m and a little caution. For packing and unpacking, you can drive quite close to the apartment. There is a paid parking lot on this narrow and steep road. There is a public parking lot that can be reached via the old town in 5-10 minutes. Kitchen, bedroom and bathrooms were great. The decor is minimalist, which we liked very much. On the lower balcony you can eat well with four and sit comfortably. The awning provides shade and has also prevented a light rain. All in all a very nice apartment!

We found this property by chance and we were already impressed by the photos for the beauty of the rooms but in reality they were even more welcoming and comfortable. Andrea was a really great Host, upon our arrival we arrived and gave us all the necessary information including various useful tips on local places. The property was really comfortable and even more beautiful than the photos, everything completely renovated and having the plus of having breakfast and bathing structure included surely makes the stay even more pleasant. In addition to these great strengths, the centrality of the apartment is really convenient to everything, the supermarket is 2 minutes away, free parking maximum 5 minutes away, in 10 minutes you are on the beach and in 5 in the village center. A really great solution. Highly recommended

A stunning location right on the beach with beautiful views from the terrace. The house was very comfortable and well equipped and we had everything we needed for a very relaxing break. Angelica was very responsive and helpful. We hope to come back again!

Location, with respect to the sea, excellent. Bathroom staff, booked by him, kind and helpful. Contained but functional accommodation. A pull-out sofa bed would be better than a fixed one. However, his constant presence was reassuring. Recommended.

Brand new apartment, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. We were 2 adults and 2 children and we had a great time thanks to Gian Marco and his mother who were great hosts. Kind, helpful and very responsive in communication. The proximity to the center of the village allows you to walk and find all kinds of services as well as the well-kept and characteristic promenade. We will definitely be back.
