Udara is an exceptionally friendly, hospitable and thoughtful host. The main benefit of her well appointed home with all amenities, is the sheer size and space. There's three floors with a bedroom and a bathroom on each floor, a giant Samsung smart TV in the upstairs lounge which was very relaxing to watch when we needed to unwind. Ideally suited for a family on holiday, this three storey house is conveniently located in a safe suburban neighbourhood in Thalawathugoda, walking distance to supermarkets, shopping malls and restaurants. Udara's dad lives nearby and greeted us upon arrival and he is available for any assistance if needed. I highly recommend Udara's house as a peaceful retreat for those in need of a restful family vacation, whilst staying conveniently in Colombo. Thank you Udara for your kind hospitality, we truly appreciate it!

Kumar’s place was fabulous. Jaya (house keeper) was such an amazing help, simply made our stay luxurious. Tuan (manager) was very responsive and helped with arranging everything.

Nice place with 24 hours security personnel available. The area is very private and only has about 13 ish houses. The owner Isuru communicates well and attends to matters immediately. We were just only 2 people but the house is ideal for more people with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms where the upstairs master bedroom comes with AC unit which was our main reason to book. Easy access to Kottawa and Piliyandala area. We loved the temple being right across the road. Isuru managed to turn up when we were leaving the house as well.

Devinda's villa is very well kept, cosy and we felt right at home. It’s located in a peaceful suburban neighbourhood and is very close to supermarkets, shops and the Thalawathugoda town. We found Devinda's place to be very relaxing and peaceful. I fully recommend this place, it's ideal for a small family or group and Devinda is a very responsive and friendly host.

Ryan was an exceptional host. Very warm and welcoming. He was also available for us anytime over call or evwn a message. Regarding the stay everything was taken care of as mentioned in the listing. The place is well maintained and organized. The location is at walkable distance from supermarkets like keels and cargills and also from public transport. All kitchen essentials were present for light cooking. Bathrooms had the necessary toileteries. The rooms were spacious. The washing machine was in good condition. Iron provided was good. No issues with internet, electricity and water as well. We stayed at the property for 9 nights and we always felt at home. Would definitely recommend this property to others. Suggestion would be to put a clock in the living area and bedrooms if possible.

This home is beautiful & Deepa and Kitto were very accommodating hosts. We had a few things go wrong on our way to the home and during our stay, such as transport issues & illnesses, but they were very understanding and relaxed about it. Kitto was very helpful when it came to helping us use the washing machine & and helping us get in the house one time. He made sure that my aunts checked out safely and got in their transport in time for their train while I was not here. I am very grateful for his kindness. Even though I had not met Deepa in person, she was very responsive when it came to topping up our WiFi, in spite of our usage being quite high, and it was really kind of her to offer unlimited data for a day. She gave more information about how the times WiFi is free & also gave food recommendations, which was helpful. I would deffo recommend staying here, Dehiwala is a nice area. If you’re a fan of drives by the beach on your way to Galle Face Green, you should stay here :)

The apartment is in a perfect location. Walking distance to 2 supermarkets, shopping mall, the bakery and restaurant, etc. Nice view from a window of Colombo city.

Totally recommend this Villa. The host, Jagath, is so accommodating and kind. Really nice rooms and plenty of space. Pool is great too!

This was our first stay out of a few others in Sri Lanka. We had an amazing time. We, as a family of 5 stayed 2 nights at Lalin's place and it was a great start to our trip. Luxurio villa with greenery all around, not too far from city centre. Well spacious rooms and all available amenities at the kitchen made it a perfect stay. Cherry on the cake was the swimming pool which calls you to take a dip after a busy touristy dayout :-) Lalin and the caretaker was proactive, helped us with a flexible early check-in and also took care of our queries in advance. Best villa in Bolgoda area! Thank you for the fantastic service provided during our stay. The villa is a masterpiece of elegance, boasting spacious rooms, modern amenities, and exquisite decor. We were unable to find the location when we got there but Anill(Care Taker) was really helpful he literally came to where we were and guided us. Sri Lankan Breakfast was brilliant. We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was very neat, clean, and comfortable, equipped with all the amenities we needed. Our kids enjoyed the pool, and it was a lovely touch that the host booked a complimentary game room session for them. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. wow what an amazing home,we were a group of 4 the villa is so spacious,lovely bedrooms and bathrooms with much needed air conditioning the kitchen is equipped with everything that you need during your stay the wrap around veranda on two levels is great to use to watch wildlife,monkeys,lizards and so many birds The caretaker Mahesh is brilliant he is on hand for anything you might need,couldn't ask for more. the pool is idyllic great place to cool down Whatever your requirements all is to hand ,the local area is very accessible for foodstores and bakerys Going further a field exploring is super easy just use the pick me app we will definitely be back

An absolutely delightful stay at Bright & Airy Second Floor Home! Nadee was an exceptional host, and my husband and I had a truly wonderful stay at her 'Bright & Airy Second Floor Home' for several days. From the moment we booked, communication was fantastic. We had a midnight flight, and I reached out to Nadee to ask for a very late checkout, hoping for 10 p.m. She was incredibly flexible and understanding, and to our delight, she granted our request free of charge! This made such a huge difference to our last day and travel experience. The apartment itself is lovely.
