Located in a residential complex with private surveillance, 50 meters from Avenida Aldonza Manrique, with easy access to excellent restaurants, shopping malls, pharmacies, supermarkets, and paddle courts. There are also several beaches and a beautiful beach club between 2 and 5 km away. It's a great option to enjoy your vacation.
