Beachfront holiday rental in Nueva Esparta

The first time we visited the island, we went for 7 days and stayed 10, that means we liked it a lot, that apartment on the 9th floor has a desired view, the elevator is available 24/7, the pool is spectacular, the electricity doesn't go out; you can walk to the beach and restaurants in 3 min, by the way that Pampatar bay has nothing to envy to the island by car, "you can snorkel, ride a jet ski, banana, fish, find fresh fish on the beach for $1 and $2.5 per kilo, a good large lobster $10"... Andrea's service was excellent, very attentive and kind, the apartment lacked nothing, she helped us with the issue of tourist packages and transfer on the island, really 100% recommended. Thank 👏🎉🎊 you for everything.

Absolutely loved my stay! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and the views of the Caribbean were unforgettable. Waking up to that ocean view every day was a dream. Highly recommend for a peaceful, beautiful escape on Margarita Island!

Beautiful accommodation, an apartment in impeccable condition and with absolutely everything working perfectly. Everything clean, well equipped kitchen, bathrooms conditioned with towels (for beach and for fresh water, excellent detail), soap, toilet paper, in short, everything is super good. Liliana is a hostess available 24/7 and has her two collaborators, Nerys and Jorge, who are the most charming and willing people in the world. Highly recommend the place to the entire Airbnb community.

Excellent stay in Porlamar, it has a pool and beach. The building is quiet and clean. The apartment is just like the photos, the bathrooms impeccable, the view is beautiful and relaxing, it is equipped with all the cooking utensils, it has water tanks so it always has water. It has TV, WiFi. Everything is excellent. Except the pillows a little high and the mattress a little hard for being orthopedic, take your precautions. Everything else is very good and they are both very friendly, very detailed with information. I'd go again!

Mrs. Ana is a super helpful, kind person, if you need anything, she responds promptly and solves the problem. The bed is super comfortable, balcony with beautiful view, air conditioning that perfectly cools the place, practical kitchen utensils. The place is centrally located and close to places and beaches of porlamar, such as Concorde beach, guacuco, Pampatar bay, gastronomic area of Playa el Ángel, etc. Very happy to be there. I highly recommend it

Wonderful apartment, very clean, it had all we needed, perfect view and great service.

The house is beautiful, the service is amazing. The only thing to take into account is that Playa El Agua is far from the city of the C.C. so if you have plans to go out and explore, you have to take that into account, and have a car. But to spend days at the beach and relaxing, it's perfect.

I recommend 100%! I had the opportunity to stay in this apartment and the experience was excellent. Everything was spotless, comfortable and as shown in the pictures. The location is perfect, safe and close to everything you need. The host was very attentive and was always available for any questions. I would definitely stay here again. Our stay was excellent. Olga is a very friendly and helpful host. The accommodation was spotless, with a spectacular view of the sea, in a very quiet area and a few minutes walk from the best restaurants in the area. Definitely an experience to repeat.
