Located along the canal, in the heart of Chablis, our small, typically Burgundian house will welcome you in a charming setting. Its terrace , its garden bring a very pleasant outdoor space, perfectly exposed to rest. The largest wine estates, as well as the most beautiful panoramas of Chablis are very close. Composed of two bedrooms, a living area, and a vintage-style kitchen, you can prepare your meals or access the many Chablis restaurants.

The Avallon watchtower

Very close to the historic city center and right next to the ramparts, the accommodation has all the amenities. Located on a very quiet street with little traffic, it offers a very nice view from the terrace. The accommodation is for 4 people (1 bed and a 140 cm sofa). To host animals, please contact us. P.S.: Regarding Covid-19, we ask our guests to drop the laundry in the basket on the terrace. We are equipped with fiber optic internet.

Bousson-le-Bas is an ideal hamlet for nature and outdoor sports enthusiasts; you can hike on the many nearby paths and GR, cycle on the small roads or mountain bike trails, fish on Lake Crescent or elsewhere, swim, canoe or raft, watch the stars… or even do nothing…

COSY GITE IN MEDIEVAL VILLAGE FARMHOUSE

Attached to the end of our long farmhouse is a cosy gite with a wood burning stove...downstairs you'll find a large spacious living room and kitchen with beautiful flagstone floors, exposed wooden beams and an enticing winding stone staircase leading to the first floor bedroom. Upstairs is a large bedroom with a queen size bed and two single beds. There is an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
