Moderately recent, the house has a walled-in yard built with Burgundian stone and gives you 400 square meters of cozy privacy. The house itself offers 179 square meters of living space and can take from 1 to 10 people plus a baby. It gives you a splendid view of the Gothic church

Designed to be warm and friendly, for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.  From the house, put on your sneakers and access superb viewpoints in a few minutes… Mountain biking, hiking or running, in the vineyards or in the forest, the choice is yours! Not to mention the cellars to visit and the Chablis to taste.

Charming stone house, nestled in a small quiet village where you will find a children's playground and 2 petanque courts, and located at the crossroads of Vézelay, Avallon, and Noyers-sur-Serein. Sightseeing walks, in the forest, or by the water, here, everything is possible! Passionate about plants and gardening, I could show you my small vegetable garden "Les Jardins de Valou" located 2 minutes away if you wish. We'll be happy to host you!

Angèle and Jérôme are happy to welcome you in the middle of the Chablis vineyard with all the comforts that a house can offer. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped, you can also enjoy a plancha, the air-conditioned veranda as well as if you wish, by contacting us, a discovery and tasting of Chablis. For an additional fee and subject to availability, breakfast can be served, as well as dinner or an aperitif platter.

La Maison Douce

A house with modern and refined decor, offers you a bright and welcoming 110 m² living room with a sitting area, a large fireplace and a dining table. Located downstairs and open to the living room, the kitchen is practical and functional, fully equipped to allow you to prepare good meals for yourself and your family. The house has two bedrooms furnished to make your stay pleasant. Each has a designer bathroom and toilet.

Between hills and forests, Le Pré au Bois

Take a break... Nestled in a green setting, this comfortable cottage in the heart of Morvan will seduce you with the quality of its environment. Bousson-le-Bas is an ideal hamlet for nature and outdoor sports enthusiasts; you can hike on the many nearby paths and GR, cycle on the small roads or mountain bike trails, fish on Lake Crescent or elsewhere, swim, canoe or raft, watch the stars… or even do nothing…

At the gates of Morvan

Relax in this small house attached to our main house which has just been completely renovated internally. Its warm side will allow you to have a good time, it has the particularity of having a bedroom as well as a mezzanine under a slope so the ceilings are low on the upper floor and the small access door to the bedroom will require that you can bend down to access it… We provide bed linen and towels.
