Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Noyack

Truman is such a stellar host! The place is so well stocked and convenient, with all details thought through. I could not ask for a better place for my Yale visit!

Place was just as pictured-very cute. Beds were comfortable and place was clean and new. There are upstairs neighbors-didn’t bother us but you can hear walking around above. Just something to be aware of. We were pleased with our stay here in New Haven.

The apartment was super clean and spacious! Has everything you need. Walkable to town and in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend Amanda’s place and would 100% stay here again!!

Stay looks exactly like the picture. I LOVE their bathroom. The location is walkable distance for me because I’m on traveling mode. Close to a lot of nice coffee shops. If not, public transport is easy to walk to as well. I would say 15-20min walk from the place. Overall, 5/5 for everything.

Joanne greeted us when we arrived - wanted to make sure we were comfortable. She encouraged us to contact her with any questions. The apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious. We are native Long Islanders and this location was central to the family and friends we were visiting.

I had the pleasure of staying at Rosaria’s apartment for two months, and it was an amazing experience. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. We very much enjoyed our stay in Greenport. The space was everything we needed. It was very clean and inviting. We hope to stay there again.

A spacious, tastefully furnished apartment, impeccably clean and well equipped. It's flooded by light and easy to feel comfortable in. Everything was as described (in fact, the place is much larger than the photos had led us to believe). Though thoroughly renovated, the apartment is in an older building. Sound travels fairly easily from the upstairs apartment, including neighbors showering in the early morning. This could be an issue for people who are very sensitive to noise. The house is on a busy thoroughfare, though it is set back from the street quite a bit. We had the windows closed due to the cold and were not bothered by traffic noise. The hosts were very responsive, helpful, and friendly. Overall, a marvelous stay. We would stay here again.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Myself and 5 others were working in the area and needed a place to stay for two months and we could not have found a better home. It is in an unbelievable location walking distance to the beach, safe, private and truly was a summer we will never forget. Cannot say enough good things about Mariah and her family as well. Can only hope to be back in the future and I would give 100 stars if I could! Thank you thank you thank you ❤️🫶🏻

We recently stayed at Robert’s “Catalina” house and had a wonderful experience. Robert is a great host and made our extended weekend stay so peaceful and simple. The house looked exactly liked the photos and was very clean in person. Robert called the day we arrived to make sure everything was ok and was available for all my questions.

This was my second time staying here, and probably won’t be the last. A perfectly wonderful Hamptons home, with a beachy, rustic charm. It’s close to all, yet on a quiet street with a great backyard. David is a fantastic host, everything was spelled out clearly and the home was spotless.

This Airbnb was spectacular just as advertised! Nice quick walk to the beach and beautiful scenery all around. Definitely recommend booking Airbnb with Charlotte because you’ll get the fantastic experiences.

We must have passed the residence hundreds of times going out Montauk over the past 40 years. What a hidden gem. We were so fortunate to have the opportunity to stay at this location. The home was very well appointed, tidy and clean. What a gem of a home, even in the off season. We would love to return.

We stayed long term at this unit and felt comfortable and at home from day 1. The apartment is large for a 2 bedroom, with two very comfortable bathrooms, two large bedrooms, and a separate living area. Wifi was very good, the building is very quiet, and parking was free and close by. The apartment allows for easy walking to a beautiful city park (Wooster Square), to events and concerts at Yale (mostly free) and to East Rock Park, which has amazing hiking and views of New Haven. The kitchen was well stocked and the apt had a full size washer and dryer that worked very well. The only minor negative would be some road noise from outside, but that's normal in an urban area. But we always felt safe and very comfortable in the neighborhood. Camila was very responsive and addressed a few minor things that came up in our extended stay very promptly. We'd welcome the chance to stay in this unit again.

Just as described, beautiful waterfront location that’s a 5 minute drive to town and local vineyards. Perfect weekend getaway

If we don't give a good review, can we keep this to ourselves?! Patti was a perfect host; the views were fantastic, whether from the outdoor porch or inside through the French doors looking out on the water. Access to the small beach and pool were excellent and we were close to several good restaurants (many of which Patti suggested, including some on the water) for take-out during the pandemic. Wifi was great and everything was very clean and as advertised. We generally fly for vacations and long weekends but had to stay closer to home this year and this was a perfect choice.

We really enjoyed staying at Lynn’s place! Very clean and had a great view of the ocean from the deck. Lynn was very responsive and made the experience seamless. We would definitely stay with Lynn again.

The space is adorable, and we loved the history of the rental and the community. The location was perfect for us—close to everything and secluded all at the same time. Also Jeff is an amazing host and made us feel welcome/at home. The next time we have to head to NY for a family visit we will definitely try to stay here again.

The place was perfect nice and clean what I like the best is the it was close to the beach to go for a walk.
