The house was just as described and very clean. It was well located - close to the center of town. Chris was very responsive and friendly.

We had an amazing stay! The space was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described—if not better. Nick was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do, and all the little touches (like fresh towels, coffee, and local tips) made it feel like a home away from home. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

My husband and I, along with two adult children and spouses, stayed in Riley's home while attending a family reunion in the area. The house worked perfectly--it's lovely and very well appointed, with everything our family needed to be comfortable and some delightful touches such as fresh flowers, twinkle lights, and water bottles next to our beds! The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and the gathering spaces are open and welcoming. There are ample supplies for beach time for families (though we didn't use them in the off season) and a roomy backyard too. Riley was extremely friendly and available for questions when needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Had a lovely time at Daniels adorable rental! The space was bright, airy and cozy. Loved the kitchen setup and open living area. The place was thoughtfully designed, the location was less than 10 minutes from downtown Sag Harbor. Only wish the weather was better, the beach is a 2 minute walk from the house! We'll most certainly be heading back!!!
