Monthly Rentals in Noyack

We had a great stay at Todd’s house in Laughing Waters. The house is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Some areas of the house could use a little sprucing up. Good set up for remote work. It is what is outside that makes Todd’s place special—proximity to the small beach nearby (a great spot for young children), the quiet neighborhood, the water view from the deck and the large yard and garden. Great place to walk/run, bike ride, kayak and swim. Quick drive to downtown Southold, Southold Seafood Market, Country View Farm Stand, the Southold dog park and several Vineyards. Over the course of our long stay we had a few minor issues and several questions. Todd responded quickly and in one instance sent his property manager over.

We were a family of 5 with adult children and we were very comfortable. Could have easily accommodated a couple of more people. Large living room upstairs and down stairs with bedrooms on both floors. It gave us a lot of options to spread out. Location was good and town was a short drive away.

My daughter and I were we out the door early and in the door late every day we stayed. We did use the pool the first day which was so nice! The space was perfect and Stephanie was on point with her communication. Thank you!!

The house was great. Perfect location. The house is decorated beautifully. Perfect for a small group or family. Right across from Long Beach. If you don’t know the Hamptons, this is a big deal. To park at any beach, you need to have a parking permit only issued to home owners. A lot of people come out thinking they will spend their weekend at the beach and get very frustrated when that can’t happen. This location is perfect because you can walk to the beach, no sticker or parking needed and it’s the Bay which is much better for children.
