The cottage was primarily intended for families to enjoy and for hosting friends by the fireplace, good food, wine and fire. That's why it has a big table and benches. We decorated it to our liking, all the furniture is made of wood. When decorating, we were not guided by the fact that everything must be harmonized and that it should be beautiful, comfortable and functional. As we came up with the idea that we could rent it out, we hope that all the guests who find themselves in it will be just as beautiful and comfortable.

Casa Flora 3-minutes’ walk from the beach

Welcome to Casa Flora, our family-friendly Istrian home in Novigrad. The house is 3-minutes’ walk from the (ecologically certified) green beach, local grocery stores, restaurants & kid’s playground. No car needed! You will have the entire house (110 sq. m.) for yourself: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large living room - all recently renovated, accommodating up-to six guests. Relaxing on the kiwi-shaded front porch or amidst the two gardens will make you want to never leave.

Villa Brtonigla has 250 m2 and is divided into ground floor and floor. The villa itself has 3 bedrooms with bathrooms, a kitchen with dining area, and a spacious living room with access to a pool and garden. The terrace on the first floor is 40m2 with a sea view. The villa is located on a large plot of 3,350 m2. The house is 200 m away from the center, 200m from the store, 5,000m from the sea, 200 m away from the restaurant, the doctor is 300 m away, the pharmacy is 300 m away.

Villa GreenBlue je moderna i luksuzno namještena kuća za odmor sa bazenom smještena na mirnoj lokaciji svega 2 km od centra Poreča te isto toliko od mora. Kuća se nalazi na osami, okružena je livadom i šumom iz koje će na livadu nerijetko "navratiti" njeni znatiželjni stanovnici, srne i divlji zečevi. Kuća je smještena na ograđenoj okućnici koja je na raspolaganju samo gostima kuće a na kojoj se nalazi veliki bazen površine 50 m2, vanjski whirlpool, finska sauna i roštilj.

Extremly relaxing destination. We are located in the top of the hill in a very quiet place, surrounded with pure nature. You can enjoy observing sun rises and sun sets, together with delicious local food & wine... and simply relax. Or, you can choose more active stay while exploring neighborhood walking on food paths all arround, cycling or running. Your stay will be very calm as your holidays should be. Also, our stay is just 15 min drive to Coast and city centres.

Casa Luce, an Intimate Getaway in Nature

Casa Luce is an isolated retreat with a private yard and pool. Unwind away from noise and prying eyes in the heart of Istria, surrounded by peace, nature, and greenery. Located in the village of Karnevali, the house is less than 10 minutes by car from closest town Žminj, and 30 minutes from the nearest beach. Wake up to the sound of roosters crowing, and during the day, you may see goats, cows, and donkeys greeting you from the other side of the fence.

Biodynamic Farm Dragonja - Olive Grove offers a unique, relaxing stay in a house not far from the village. The house is surrounded by 2 hectares of private land, where you can admire untouched nature, relax to the sound of birdsong and chirping crickets, and immerse yourself in the scents of trees, immortelle, and lavender. Above the house is a walking trail, and below it flows a stream. Perfect peace and privacy.

Apartment Andrej

The apartement is located in a small village named Muntrilj near Tinjan. Fully furnished apartment far away from city traffic. This apartment is a part of the house that has 2 additional apartments. One on the ground floor that can house 2 + 2 persons and another one at the first floor for 5 persons. You can find these apartements on my profile. You can book all 3 apartements at the same period for 11 persons.

Our holiday home is a unique place right next to the Amphitheater Arena. Located in a quiet side street with a green private oasis full of native plants.
