House holiday rentals in Novi Vinodolski

Our dream home!!! What a beautiful place. It was even better than our expectations. The house is tastefully decorated, welcoming, renovated but retains its character. The pool is just sublime. Both the interior and the exterior, 10/10. Zoran gave us great local recommendations. He's a thoughtful and very kind host. A quiet and heavenly place for a quiet vacation, close to everything on the island (within 30 minutes' drive of the attractions). We recommend this house for your future trip, a must-see!

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We had a great stay at the place. The villa was very clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The location was ideal – quiet, but still close to the sea The check-in went smoothly and Gabi was always friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back!

Wonderful visit! Very comfortable place to relax and unwind. Restaurant options are close (driving) with a couple within a walk (but along a road and not much of a sidewalk). We enjoyed the beautiful scenery, the layout or the home, and just simply everything about our trip. Fred’s assistant who met us at the home was a very lovely introduction to the Croatian scene. He was friendly, laid-back, and a great first encounter for our stay. Absolutely recommend.

Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

Everything perfect! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the communication to the location and cleanliness - this accommodation is an absolute dream! Child-friendly, equipped with children's dishes/cutlery, an elevated pool with a gate and a private playground in the garden, everything has been thought of here and implemented with great attention to detail. You can tell that it is not just an Airbnb house, but a lot of passion from the owners flows into the care. Even with self-inflicted complications, we were helped immediately and in an extremely friendly manner, which is absolutely not a matter of course. All in all, I can fully recommend this accommodation! A huge thank you to Lucija and her family ♥️

We had a great time with a group of seven in this beautiful, quiet holiday home on the mountain. The pool was refreshing, the whirlpool cuddly warm. Our hosts were always available to us for questions and problems. For our last evening, they recommended a delicious fish restaurant in nearby Klenovica. In the evening it was often very windy, but there were enough covered retreats in the house and in the lower area. There are numerous beaches, pretty villages in the surrounding area, and a visit to the Plivice Lakes National Park (2 hours' drive) is worth a day trip. We had a lovely stay at Gianna’s place. The view is very nice and the surrounding is peaceful. The bed were comfortable. There is AC everywhere in the rooms. The house is functional. Maybe some pans in the kitchen in better shape would be nice. The outdoor is nice and the pool was very appreciated. We stayed during the beginning of June and temperature was nice on the terrace. Maybe more shadows on the terrace for warmer day would be a +. It’s really nice to have this outdoor kitchen. The outside furniture is confortable. (Some towels for the pool/ beach could be given) The location is nice. You can reach Krk island in 10 min. Lots of nice beaches and even dog friendly beaches within 10-15 minutes. Having a car is a must. In conclusion, we had a very nice stay, the outdoor with the view is great. The house is functional. Gianna is really nice and gave us some advices to visit and for restaurants. Thank you. We would definitely come back. :)

Any recommendations for a place to stay. A patio you will rarely find anywhere. We were hosted by some wonderful, cultural, warm, and welcoming people. All appliances are available, air conditioning, beach for 8 minutes, and also the city. Bathroom as a pharmacy, rooms also tidy. Washing machine and dishwasher, hot plate, coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer, cleaning products, sunscreen, ice in the chest, coffee, etc…Super, cool, cool! All kudos for your kindness, cleanliness, and hospitality. Definitely worth every penny. Keep prices affordable and I'll see you on the year!👍🏻😄😄

We greatly enjoyed staying at Zvonimir place. The surroundings were absolutely gorgeous, it was like a small paradise. The apartment is right by the see, you walk down the stairs and find yourself on a small pebble beach - very quiet and intimate atmosphere. For me it was a perfect place. The town of Senj is very interesting too with rich history. An apartment is quite spacious, decorated with original paintings. And last but certainly not the least Zvonimir and Zrinka are good and generous hosts and absolutely charming people. We enjoyed communicating with them very much and I believe we parted as friends. I am looking forward to staying at this place again!

Quiet, too late to rest. Caring people who love to cook and share food with others. Lots of kitty in the neighborhood. Mario allowed us to bring our kitties too, we had no problems. A bit of a walk to the Selce waterfront, and a little further to Crikvenica. Driving on the highway beautiful. All in all, we are coming again! ☺️

Amazing, couldn't fault a single thing, wish we could stay longer

We had a great time staying at Marino's apartment. The view and the garden were exceptionally beautiful! Everything was as described in the listing. The beach was just a short walk away. It was good to have a supermarket (LIDL) nearby as well. Marino and his family were really nice and accomodating!

The hosts were very responsive and overall friendly and understanding. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, everything was in great condition and the pictures matched the place 100%. The location is breathtaking! Definitely recommend visiting 🤭

We loved our stay at Ljuba's place! She treated us like friends from the very start and helped us with anything we needed. The house feels like stepping back in time and the town looks like a fairytale. It's beautiful and so peaceful. We will be back for sure! <3

Host replies to messages super quick. This allowed us to book the apartment at short notice. The contact was very nice and there was always a quick response and helped with questions. The apartment is new and very chic. The kitchen is very well-equipped and there are plenty of dishes etc. The apartment is in a quiet location and you had your peace. We felt very comfortable there and would love to come back again at any time.

A kind and helpful, it was new, renovated and beautiful, and for this wax, small details not yet finished or done, but I'm sure they continue to improve. for example, a curtain was missing to make Umbrian on the terrace , from which you could also see the sea. Thank you John

Great place close to the beach, clean, quiet. However, there are so many chairs and other decorations that make it cramped. When there was no weather, the hot tub was great, I'll probably come back someday.

We had a great vacation at Damir's place proximity to the beach and restaurants is a real pleasure even if there is no private parking space we have always found the same public space available right next to the accommodation

We had Villa Jelena at the end of May 2025 and did not regret the booking. In short: Sabina is a dream of hostess, a very nice person and we quickly took her to heart because she was always approachable and helpful - without being intrusive. The place itself was picobello clean, nothing was missing and we immediately felt comfortable and "at home". The garden property with many olive trees, the diverse seating/resting areas and the wonderful pool ensures the perfect holiday feeling. Thank you Sabina, we will be back.

The place and garden are really beautiful, we felt very comfortable 🌞 Even a sweet cat visited us every day. The only thing to complain about is that the Wi-Fi works very poorly.

The house is very well equipped with quite private rear garden. The location assures very little traffic. The jacuzzi works great. There is plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas for shade provided on huge sun decks. There is also plenty of shade from trees when it gets too hot. The barbecue is large. One needs a car at this location because the village has no shop. There is extra on-road parking in front of the house in addition to one gated car port. The views are very pleasant. The house has some air conditioners but to be fair it is built so well that one could live without them even in temperatures reaching low 30s. We had a very pleasant stay and I can highly recommend Ana's place.

We think it was a great stay at Sofija's place. The owner speaks English, explained everything on the spot. The apartment itself is clean and comfortable, you do not have to worry about dishes or silverware is everything you need to prepare a meal. Very private stay with insane sea views. The access to the beach is a quick, slightly longer return - steeply. However, it didn't bother us with two older daughters. However, I don't recommend this beach for families with little ones, unless you go to the beach a short drive away. The stay at home itself met our expectations. Thank you
