The cottage has a beautiful view of the countryside and the surrounding hills. It's only a few steps to a forest full of mushrooms and blueberries. The surroundings offer plenty of opportunities for an active holiday and for exploring the natural historical beauty of the Western Ore Mountains.

The apartment is located in a quiet part of Pernink. A few meters from the train station, a few meters from the ski slope and a few meters to the bike or cross-country skiing track overlooking the Krušnohorské hills. 15 minutes by car to Ski Resort Klínovec, 5 minutes from the Balshivec Ski Area. 15 minutes drive to the pool or sauna world in Jáchymov. The apartment is fully equipped. There is a washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, bed linens, hair dryer in the bathroom, coffee capsules with coffee maker, sofa bed.

Privacy is guaranteed by a large fenced garden. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and local ski slopes. Garden Finnish sauna is for an additional fee.

Nearby you can take advantage of many tourist attractions as well as enjoy beautiful hiking and cycling trails in beautiful nature. The Sosa dam is within walking distance of the apartment. The place offers cozy gastronomic facilities, various shopping facilities, baker, butcher, an ATM and near the apartment an Erzgebirge carving studio.
