Cà del Bif overlooks the pier of the village of Nesso; the house dates back to 1600 and has been the residence of our holidays for generations. Here we have all learned to swim, practiced various water sports, took many hikes and then meet, in the evening all together on the dock to fish. In 1925 Hitchcock shot The Pleasure Garden here. The apartment is about 50 square meters with bedroom, bathroom and living room. Cà del Bif you can reach it by walking along a medieval bowl road (200 meters from the church)

The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Ideal for families and groups of friends, the apartment is located just 16 km from Milan Malpensa airport, reachable by car in 15 minutes or by train in just over 30 minutes. The house is spread across two levels connected by an internal staircase. On the first floor, there is a living room, bathroom and full kitchen, while on the upper floor, there are 2 master bedrooms with a second full bathroom.

A stone house built at the end of the 18th century, whose restoration was completed in 2017, perfect for those looking for peace and tranquility, but also an ideal base to visit the Maggiore and Orta lakes and the Ossola, Formazza valleys and other places of cultural and naturalistic interest.
