The house is very nice. Everything you need is there. Very clean and even nicer than in the pictures. The garden and the pool were fantastic. We felt very comfortable.

Villa Elizabeth was wonderful. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, the lovely garden, the pool, the bikes and scooters. A big 10! We will definitely come back!

The villa is very spacious and easily accommodates 8 people. We particularly liked the fact that each room has its own bathroom. The location is nice and quiet but unfortunately about 30 minutes by car from the sea. The outdoor area and the garden are very well maintained, but the garden is sloping almost everywhere and can therefore only be used to a limited extent for outdoor games. The size of the pool is also create and allows 8 people to chill in the pool without any problems.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Istria! The house is incredibly spacious, perfect for our group, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The highlight was definitely the private pool and large outdoor area, plenty of room to lounge, dine, and enjoy the sunshine. The location is peaceful and offers a true taste of Istria, while still being within a short drive to charming towns, beaches, and local restaurants. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for our arrival. Highly recommend this place for families or groups looking for space, privacy, and a touch of luxury in beautiful Croatia. We’d love to come back!

Ivan's Villa Simone is a great house. We were here with eight people and had a fantastic time. The house is beautiful, both inside and outside. The furnishings are high-quality and everything you need has been thought of. When we arrived, towels and beach towels were already on the loungers by the pool, which immediately invited us to swim. The pool is huge and perfect for swimming. Ivan was very accommodating and always available. His mother even brought us a homemade cake. We have rarely felt so comfortable in an Airbnb. We will definitely come back. Thanks Ivan for this great holiday.

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

Villa Faloniga is simply sensationally beautiful and you just notice that the house is only 2 years old and no costs have been spared in the well thought out construction. The workmanship and amenities are simply top notch, not to mention the quiet location and views over the vineyards 😍 The hosts are also available 24/7 and are happy to help at any time. A stay with a baby is also not a problem. We would like to provide us with a baby cot, as well as a high chair by the host. We can only recommend the villa and are considering coming back for the next few years.

We had a great stay at Connor's! The house and garden including pool are great and very suitable to spend a nice time with family and dog. A very nice freely accessible large beach is located north of Porec (Pichlinger Mer/Hawaii Beach). Dogs are also allowed to bathe here. The house is very practical and beautifully furnished, a real oasis of well-being. Occasionally, you can hear boisterous party guests from other houses. However, this location is still absolutely recommended!

This was by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve had. Everything was absolutely perfect: the house, the host, the location. The house is furnished with such an incredible attention to detail. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna are astonishing. This house is the sort of place that keeps you happy whatever the weather is. David and his family are the best hosts you could imagine. Super kind and positive, always responsive, attentive to our needs (we asked for three beds and highchairs for our babies and we found them in the house when we arrived), full of recommendations for restaurants, things to see, where to park and much more. David even met us in Vrsar to show us his recommended tour of the town and restaurant. The location of the house is also very convenient if you’re going to move around by car. All the areas of interest are within a 30/50 min ride. Thanks so much David and your family for your incredible hospitality. We’ll recommend this place to our friends and family!

Our vacation was just beautiful. Already upon arrival, it took our breath away, because the villa is fantastically located with a magnificent view over the Adriatic. Just relax! The pictures didn't promise too much, it was all as described. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and from each room you have a fantastic view of the sunrise. The house is fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped. From the pool you have a fantastic view of the sea! Thank you for this great family vacation. We will never forget it!

Great villas private felt safe and a short ride to everything a+++

Everything was just perfect. We were 11 people and we had the best time. Igor, the host, was super kind, he organized taxis for us, gave us great tips and was super responsive. And the house is simply beautiful, with beautiful landscape and a lot to do. We were playing volleyball and golf, had a bbq evening and were relaxing in jacuzzi. Worth the price, cannot wait to visit again.

Great location, fantastic view and lovely pool & facilities

Roman was always quick to respond to my concerns. A broken umbrella and grill was quickly replaced. Location is quiet! House and amenities already have slight signs of wear and tear. But all in all had a super nice vacation.

Beautifully restored and furnished villa in the Istrian countryside. Magical pool and outside space. Rural but the coast is a pleasant hour walk away and Umag and Novigrad are both close for shopping, restaurants, etc. Friendly and responsive local host. Highly recommended.

Extremely cozy and beautiful stone villa, which provides coolness and local atmosphere. All amenities are available, we rested with a large family and everyone had a place. Comfortable beds and mattresses. As for dogs, they really sometimes barked in the morning, but it did not bother us much. It's a long walk to the sea, it's still better to go by car, because there is a forest around (we saw wild boars and a hare on the way). We recommend this villa for a vacation.

It was a wonderful short vacation. Villa Flegar offers everything you need and more. The house is very tastefully decorated. Unfortunately, we could not use the pool, the weather was just too bad. The landlords are very nice and helpful, but we absolutely had our privacy. We thank you for the wonderful time.
