Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Nova Petrópolis

I spent the weekend with my family and extended family. We went to Gramado to commemorate my grandson's 3-year-old níver. The city is great. The property is excellent. Airy, well located, very spacious and cozy. Everything is very good and as described on the website. The host was very friendly, helpful and patient with me, given that I got lost on the way to the property, but it wasn't the host's fault. Anyway, it was a wonderful weekend. I recommend the property and the next time we return to Gramado we will stay in this space.

Highly recommended accommodation, great accommodation. Clean and comfortable house. With the reception of Mrs. Ivete was even better, a polite and very dear person! We went with 7 people and 2 more dogs and it was super comfortable, we will definitely return.

Returning today from Gramado (3 June) and I was delighted with Silvana's apartment, when we arrived we got a sparkling wine with welcome chocolates and we loved it, the apartment was super clean and is even more beautiful in the photos, Rosa who welcomed us is friendly and Silvana too! You can book without fear and in addition to being beautiful it has a great location! Thank you for the beautiful accommodation, I felt at home with my family ♥️

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, very spacious, comfortable and with very good tasteful decor. The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood close to the center. We were close to several markets, pharmacies and restaurants. Communication with the owner was great, they were always available and responded quickly.

What a wonderful place! One of the best places I've ever stayed in on Airbnb, Juliana always responded on time, the person who greeted me was her husband Gilberto, who was super helpful, explained the space and the surroundings very well. It was an incredible experience, excellent location, excellent infrastructure, I will return whenever possible to stay there.

Excellent experience!! The house itself is amazing, but all the attention and care the hosts give to the guests is something that elevates the stay to another level. My husband was on his birthday and put some heart cutouts, my son did not feel very well on the day of checkout and were super flexible worried about his well-being, leaving us calm for a late exit after his recovery. Only compliments, we will certainly return. Thanks for all care and kindness.

the Casa Afeto is a lovely place, highlighting, among so many qualities, comfort, beauty, luminosity and silence. Exactly what we were looking for. Because we had a girl we had the great surprise of finding toys in the house and a beautiful and very functional recreation area of the condominium. Our family loved and we intend to return soon. Valdecir was very attentive and the directions were clear , always available for any questions. The accommodation is as described , excellent beds, linens, towels, everything very neat . It has a very good location , 2 blocks from Hard Rock cafe , quiet street, close to service station, super, restaurants , etc. to get to know and walk around the center of Gramado. Totally recommendable .

We didn't know Gramado and we went for Easter. It's a beautiful apartment, very complete and clean. It's centrally located and close to everything, very easy to access. The handover and return of the keys is very flexible, we arrived very late and we left in the early morning and there were no problems. We stayed 6 people and an infant and it is ideal. Beautiful decor, very comfortable beds, to highlight their linens and towels. All spotless

Great location and impeccable host! The apartment is perfectly situated, allowing you to explore the entire central region on foot with ease. We used the car only to visit more distant attractions, which was very practical. As for the space itself, it exceeded all expectations: extremely well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I can only portray the perfect environment that the hostess provided us, with a wonderful and impeccable apartment, close to everything, well located. We had the best of both worlds, feeling like we were at home.
